This is a ROTTEN office. Barbara has terrible bedside manners. My PCP told me I could go get blood work right after my appt. I drove from Power & Ray to this location, Dobson and Pecos. She was quite flippant with me telling me I was supposed to fast. I told her that I point blank asked my PCP if I could go to get my blood work after my appt and was encouraged to do so. She then went on to tell me I would have to pay out of pocket and how expensive the blood work would be and shed be happy to charge me for the cost of the blood work because the results wouldnt be correct because I didnt fast. I told her how frustrating it was that I point blank asked my PCP if I was able to go get blood work right after my appt and she said yes. I wouldnt have wasted my time driving from Power and Ray to Pecos and Dobson for nothing and her response was, "so"??? Shes not worth my effort raising my voice but everyone should know what kind of person is sitting at the front desk. Shes a nasty lady and gives a terrible impression of the office. Do NOT go to this location. Not worth the frustration.

THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE-START!!! This place doesnt communicate with the patients although they provide one on one service. When you go there, they dont tell you what theyre going to do. No written or verbal information is provided. Later on, you learn the services on the bill and they end up with billing you for the labwork that youre not supposed to receive. After that, you find no authorized person to help resolve the matter. Finally, it goes to a collection agency. Here you go! This is my reaction to your efforts in damaging my credit score.

Sometimes I think that only disgruntled customers leave reviews.... this is my center of choice.it is hit and miss oon the wait times-but thats usually due to issues with the doctors orders or the insurance rather than Sonora Quest. Once Im in, service is quick. Even when they run out of "butterfly" needles, pokes are quick, easy and pretty painless. This office has much shorter wait than one at Dobson and Frye- no matter what day.

Ive come to this location ever since it opened. I choose to get there first thing in the morning before the doors opens. I was there today and like everyday, they are ALWAYS SO KIND and theyre working as fast as they can. Ive never been treated rudely. Im also there every 8-10 weeks. So I see them often. It seems like its never the same people but I do appreciate them. Thank you.

8:45 am on a Friday. 9 patients in the waiting room. 3 technicians that move without a sense of urgency. 2 female and 1 male. The male technician moves twice as slow as the others. He walks around and takes an average 5 min break in between patients. The ones that are actually working are the front desk administrators.

I had my blood work done here and I will never go here again.. The Asian lady who was taking by blood samples was not professional. She send the needle far enough to give me severe pain and I couldnt move my arm . The pain lasted for several days.

The sign on the building is terribly difficult to see and there is no sign at the street (with the others) there to even let you know its in the complex. Spent 10 mins driving around in parking lot before I found it.

I had Mary Ellen as a phlebotomist and she was great. Friendly and personable and I was in and out in 15 mins. The location is hard to find but just look for the yellow buildings and you will find it!

I love this location! I have to get blood drawn every 2 weeks and I drive by 2 other locations to get to this one because the facility is clean, the wait is short and the people are friendly.
