Capn Prickly

They lock you out for an hour for lunch, when we were "allowed" in the guy said he hadnt taken his lunch yet even though the place was closed for an hour, made us wait even longer. After 2 hours he finally called me in, was very rude. He asked me what my job was going to be and I told him I was a collection agent, and he pretty much shunned me and called me an a-hole for my career choice. This place was awful, and if your employer chooses them as a test facility, good luck. Only reason I didnt leave a 1 star rating is because I dont believe in a total failure of service, they did what I came for.

I have had to use Quest Diagnostics a few times because of my insurance and I have never had any problems with them... They are always courteous, helpful and professional.. I have never had to wait more then 15 min to get my work done. And AJ (If I remember his name correctly--sorry :-)) was extremely helpful on the phone when I called to help me find the place and to help with making an appointment... (and he does a great job of drawing blood for your tests.) Thanks for great service...

Relatively nice place. When we walked in there was no receptionist. Just a list to sign in 5 people quietly waiting for a turn. After waiting for 15 minutes never saw an actual employee. Feels like a pretty poor way to run a business...16 minutes in first person. Is called from the list. No acknowledgement others are waiting but thats OK right customers dont need to be repeats.

This lab is inept. They only had one poor girl working in there and so the wait was extremely long. Furthermore they lost my sample and it has to be redrawn. Did I mention I drove there from Boise to get there? I would not recommend sending labs to Quest Diagnostics.

The place is a little difficult to find but if you have the address and suite number it shouldnt be too difficult. The staff was friendly, and there was no wait time. I was in and out in 5-10 minutes. I am not sure why this place gets bad reviews. 5/5 in my book.

Staff were really nice, its hard to find since there are no signs. They also have conflicting times of when they are open and when they close. But quick to get in and out of. Staff were very professional.

Waited an hour for three minutes to get a urine sample. Dont go in if you have to pee really bad as you will be waiting. Zzzzzz
