I tried to go get my labs last week they told me I needed to fast and made an appointment for today so I fasted and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I had another appointment an hour later so I was counting on them getting me in on time. From the moment I walked in the girl at the desk was rude. She informed me they have 15 minutes to get you in after your appointed time so after my 15 minutes had passed I needed to go and reschedule but she couldnt do that right then so I left angry. I didnt want to go through this again so I called my next appointment and pushed it back and returned. They did get me in within 10 minutes. After my blood draw I was asked to sign a paper to where I see the girl at desk wrote negative comments about me. Rude service horrible wait times. I will drive somewhere else before going there again

I went in to have my daughters blood drawn and on the door it states closed from 12-1pm. I walked in at 11:45 and the lady told me that I can sign in but if I decide to stay their lunch would be cut in half and pointed to the 3 people in the waiting room. I told her that I will wait because the door states 12noon and I am here at 11:45 and that statement was very unprofessional. I work with clients all day and I would never make a statement to my clients if we are busy that they can come back because we are short staffed. The client or customer should never suffer because of a business. Customers keep the business a float.

Only reason for giving even one star is that the technicians are good. The rest of the staff is rude, unfriendly, and inefficient. Wait times are abhorrent and there is no reason to even make an appointment here because you will wait and wait. The other Sonora quest locations are run more efficiently than this one in Maricopa. A lot of the problems Ive listed have persisted despite complaints for over a year therefore its obvious that their corporate office does not care to improve these conditions.

I had a very good experience every time I have visited this facility. The staff always speaks to me with kind words and seem to be knowledgeable if I have any questions. I have been going to this same lab for over a year now and have not had a bad experience. People see what they project, see things negatively, project things negatively. I choose positive!! :o) Positivity and kindness are truly colorblind.

I find the staff quite friendly and approachable. The front desk can be a bit standoffish but they get the brunt of all patients and their problems. "I cant wait". Im in a hurry". "Why is it taking so long?" I find, if you go in after 7:30-8:00 you get fast service. Yes, there is a rush at 7:00, and I have been one of these people. No more, I can fast one more hour, it even does my system good.

Really wished they had Saturday availability. The fact they are closed during the same time everyone else has lunch makes it difficult when sharing a vehicle or trying to get an available ride. Other than that the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They could use maybe 2 more on staff dependent on appointment and busier times. Keep improving health by improving the Healthcare systems.

On both occasions that I have gone in for blood work Francesca has been very rude and condescending to me. She speaks fine to the older Caucasian ladies that have walked right before or after me, hence why I also think she is racist. A friend of mine who is of color has also had a similar experience with her. The other girls that work there are nice, but beware of Francesca!!
