Took less than 10 minutes, and thats without an appointment. Staff (only one lady) was very much "to the point" (not a bad thing), and when spoken to, she was very nice and polite. Those looking for this location...its in Building E (which is LEFT of the center/big Building A). Theres also a directory in the middle (by Building A).
