I gave it 2 stars for the cleanliness of the office. Their hours are 7-4 with lunch observed at 12 until 1pm. The front office girl was late from lunch and opened the doors at 1:15. She had an attitude with the people in line upon entering. There were only two girls in the lab. The one girl that took my blood bruised me up. Go there for a clean office, nothing more.

Maybe you can move forward and get some additional help at your office. Its an embarrassment to the medical field to have the same person working the desk and the same person doing the draw. I hope your superiors read this and get more workers. Pathetic apathy and misuse of taxpayers money. Get it together.

I enjoyed my experience. I was nervous going to this location after reading the reviews but I was surprised. I got there at 7:45 and was out by 8:10. The two employees I worked with were kind and speedy. The office was clean and easy to find. I thought it went well.

The bad reviews are true... only two people in the waiting room (including me) and the receptionist has yet to even acknowledge my presence after 1/2 hour... shes busy working on paperwork! Wow... Lab Corp has a thing or two to learn about customer service.

Even with an appointment I still had to wait 30min. The receptionist didnt acknowledge me as I signed in and after about 20 min past my apt time I had to speak up and then she finally looked at my order.
