Consumers Beware! English Dermatology, located on Gantzel Road, will not treat multiple conditions during a single office visit. As an example, if you have Eczema and acne they will tell you that they can only treat one problem and you have to come back for a second visit to be treated for the other issue. They will tell you that it is an insurance-thing. Thinking this to seem a little odd, I decided to check with my insurance company and they actually laughed over the phone, saying that it was untrue. If a medical facility is so underhanded that they won’t see you for multiple ailments in order to get another copayment out of you who knows what else they may be underhanded about.
