I have to express how disappointed and quite frankly angry I feel right now. I was told my appointment was at 8:30a when I scheduled the appointment. I arrived in the office at 8:25a and was told by the receptionist that I was supposed to show up at 8:15a to do paperwork. They refused to see me and stated that I would have to reschedule my appointment. Im pretty sure I could have completed the paperwork in 5 minutes and still seen the doctor by 8:30a. I understand keeping to a schedule but I feel this was excessive, especially since there was no one else in the waiting area. If the paperwork is so extensive that it takes longer than 10-15 minutes to complete, perhaps they should offer the ability to complete the paper prior to the office visit. Many clinics have begun offering this service online. Additionally, the receptionist was very curt from the moment I entered the office and seemed put off by my apparent blatant disregard for their schedule. I will not be rescheduling my appointment or any future appointments with this business. A lot has changed in customer service since the last time I visited this clinic, though that was around 6 years ago and much can change in that span of time.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I went to BSD Only because Max works there. I had an appt 9am this morning and I am writing this review as I sit here in the waiting area at 10:01 am. I have not seen the Dr yet but I have heard about how fat some there patients are. That the 2 front desk ladies are gossiping about. I have heard about chem peels etc. I also got to see the gentelmen with a 9:45 appt get in to see a Dr before me. What I havent heard is why its taking so long to see the Dr. Nor have I received an apology about the terrible customer service or the terrible lack of communication. I strongly urge anyone reading this to find a different dermatologist. I just walked out @10:06 and no one even noticed. They didnt notice because they were all huddled up gossiping and not taking care of their patients.

I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next morning. The lady who scheduled me was extremely kind. I saw Bobbi, the PA - she was AWESOME. She took the time to hear my story, listen to my concerns, and discussed in depth with me the treatment options available. Very good experience and I am confident moving forward.

Not great. Had an insurance mix up, and was recommended a medication I didnt feel great about. Agreed to take it, but instead of the Bozeman Safeway pharmacy, they called it into the Grants Pass, Oregon Safeway. If you want to be flattered and not actually get anything out of it, this is the place for you.

Loved it! The Doctor found problems that other doctors didnt even know I had. She sent me to a specialist and my problem was resolved! My internist could not believe that a Dermatologist found the problem that I was having for over a year!
