horrible horrible office front desk is extremely rude and never answer the phone i was there for a year. they also have a policy of 3 canceled appointments. (if time was changed on the same date as youre appointment or if you would need a later date or needed to cancel) . If this was done from your start date up until the day you leave there office and no longer schedule with them 3 times you will need to get another referral and a fee accessed . another referral ??? come on that is outrageous . also every appointment is behind 30 minutes. i wold come in 45 minutes before my appointment in hopes to avoid having my appointment so late. it was just unavoidable. shots for my scalp are 15 minutes. i have talked to several of the patients while waiting in the waiting room. they have been attending this office longer than me and they did advise me the office is always behind. the have no formal grievance procedure or policy not good when dealing with medical as per front desk manager which it makes since thats why the office behaves and works in this manner. they never answer the phone despite the front desk having 3 to 4 girls at a time.

I went to this office for Accutane treatment for acne. The PA (Darek Anderson) was friendly, helpful, and careful with everything regarding my treatment and the medicines symptoms. The staff were friendly enough, but made frequent mistakes regarding my prescription and labwork, some of which cost me time and money. It was also very difficult to reach the staff by phone. They gave me the wrong standing order for my labwork, and did not respond at all to calls from the LabCorp personnel to clarify the standing order. Overall, they were rather difficult to work with.

The front desk has been very accommodating. They recognize my schedule is busy and try to complete the tasks in a timely manner. My only complaint would be how many options I am given when removing a mole. But that should be positive, right? Dont let the other reviews on here scare you - this place is very clean and all the people are pleasant and helpful.

Front desk is terrible answering the phone and returning calls . Called to verify an appointment , had to leave a message . Call was not returned and didnt receive a reminder . Receptionist said she didnt receive the message ? The rest of the staff are fine .
