Too bad there isnt a very horrible button, the billing for this company is ridicules! to say the least, my insurance has NEVER been properly billed therefore my portion is exponential, trying to contact anyone in the billing department is a joke, then when you finaly get a call back its never and educated call the billing person works out of her house.....what.... do you feel comfortable paying a at home person, giving them your personal financial info.. I DO NOT, had I known that I would never have visited that place, my entire visit lasted less then 15 minutes, this may be exaggerated too, cut out a tiny bump and charges me over 400.00, I would expect way more then that from a Park City Dr, absolutely disgusted by the lack of care and professionalism displayed by this horrible practice, I will NEVER return and suggest you do the same.

After a long drawn out experience w/ a basil cell skin cancer on my face, Dr. Kerns wasted time and my money to eventually send me somewhere else. His version of a full body scan was looking at me, up and down while I stood..Nothing like the body scan that Sancy Leachman did when I found a good dermatologist. Dr. Leachman looked all along my scalp, used a special light, made notes and measured any existing freckles or marks. I was appalled at the lack of attention and thoroughness that Dr. Kerns displays. Skin Cancer is nothing to be casual about. I would deter anyone from going to Dr. Kerns. Has anyone checked his credentials????

I found Dr. Kern to be an excellent dermatologist and was very satisfied with his treatment. He was easy to get an appointment with and I only waited 5 minutes to see him. He was extremely thorough in his examination and treatment. I have actinic keratosis and pre-cancerous lesions due to sun exposure and have to be checked regularly. He found a suspicious lesion on my last visit and had it biopsied. Luckily it was benign. He spent a good amount of time and I didnt feel rushed or neglected. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend him.
