I have been seeing Dr Bill for the past 5 years and he and his staff are amazing! My first appointment I was in tears due to the pain I was suffering. I was within weeks of scheduling surgery for a spinal fusion on my L4/L5. I was at the end of my rope and Dr Bill entered stage left with his cape and saved my career and changed my life. I know this sounds dramatic, but I am a Paramedic and having a spinal fusion would most likely end my career in the field. I work in a very remote area along Hwy 93. The physical demands of my job are very trying and I have to be in top physical shape. After my first apt. with Dr. Bill I felt a bit better, he was able to come up with a schedule to get me back (no pun intended) to work within a week. I felt better than I had in years. He worked around my work schedule and even came in to treat me on his time off or stayed late on a Saturday to treat me after a long shift at work. After the first few months of treatment I have had almost no back pain. I have followed his treatment plan and suggestions throughout the past 5 years and 2 pregnancies. I have lived with the pain in my back for the past 22 years of my life and no longer live in daily agony. When Dr. Bill hired Laura it was one of the best decisions he could have made for his business. Not only does she have an amazing touch for massage therapy, but she lights up the room and makes you feel at home, comfortable and cared for. All of the staff at Greenway Cotton Chiropractic are extremely professional, courteous, and sympathetic to the needs of the patient. Darla, at the front desk, has a great smile and is very professional and courteous. She will find a way to get you in to be seen around any schedule. The cost is absolutely reasonable and hard to beat. I have recommended numerous friends to this chiropractor and recommend that you give your business to Dr Bill. You will not be disappointing at the efforts the staff will give you to help you in your time of need. A HUGE THANK YOU...to all the staff at Greenway Cotton Chiropractic! I went in for a massage because I was experiencing pain in my back, shoulders, and neck. I had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist to notice I had arrived since there isnt a check-in sheet and she had previously been helping another patient. The check-in delay cut into my massage time and I didnt even get called back until 15 minutes into my massage. I informed my therapist (Rhonda) about the areas of concern and for the first 30 minutes, she focused primary on my butt. I NEVER asked for her to focus on this area and kept hoping she would move to another area. In addition, when she finally did get to my back and shoulders, her pressure was so light. I kept informing her to go deeper but received no change in pressure. Instead she changed to my hands and then my feet and the massage was over. I was so disappointed in the quality of the massage, especially since Id been looking forward to this for a while and was treating myself for my birthday. Lastly, upon checkout, I presented my voucher for a free 30 minute massage and received flack from the receptionist about using it since it was "issued back in 2015" and I had used one in 2015 and 2016 already. Sorry, but my birthday comes once a year, just like everyone else. Then she proceeded to charge me for the full 30 minute massage of $40 instead of taking the hour massage ($59) and reducing it in half, which is the process I received for the other vouchers Ive used. Her response was "at least youre saving $19". I paid it and told her I would not be making another appointment because I dont plan on using Greenway Cotton Chiropractics services again. I also told her that the massage I received wasnt worth $40. She didnt express any concern in this comment. Save yourself time and money. Dont go hear. There are other places nearby that will treat you much better and provide you with a better quality experience overall.

Initially the customer service was great, albeit the chiropractors and massage therapists here are fantastic. This review is about the poor customer service we received from the billing department. We agreed to a chiropractic plan but were unable to fulfill the agreement due to a significant change in finances. Upon contacting the business we were advised the account would be placed on hold until further review. About a month later we were contacted and given the option of reducing the monthly payment but we explained to them that we still could not afford it. At this point communication stopped until we were charged in November. We contacted the business as we had heard nothing from them; for weeks it was back and forth leaving messages. Only once a complaint was filed with the BBB did the business decide to act. We have since discontinued service. I feel there is a significant opportunity for improvement with the customer service.

This place is truly second to none when it comes to customer service and bedside manner. I have been going to Greenway Cotton Chiropractic for about six month now. With my initial visit I was given a complete chiropractic exam to include x-rays of my spine. I was previously in a motorcycle accident and suffered a lot of pain in my back so I knew I need help but I had no idea my back was as bad as what the x-rays showed me. Once everything was explained to me I was given an adjustment then placed on a "plan" to get my back, back on track. Roughly 5-6 months later and I am so much more mobile, comfortable, and experience intense pain less frequently. I would like to thank Dr. Buccur and all his staff for helping me.

I have never been to a chiropractor, and I dont intend on ever going to one, but I went today for a massage after receiving a gift certificate. I had the good fortune of getting Ashley as my massage therapist today. Ashley has been doing massage professionally for a month. Normally, Id expect someone who doesnt really know what theyre doing if theyre that fresh. She surprised me though. I dont get massages horribly often - a few times a year, Id say. This time was the best massage session Ive ever had. Ashley, in my opinion, is a real asset to this organization, and I intend to keep coming back as long as shes there. As a side note, there pricing structure is the most reasonable Ive ever seen.

Lets talk about a rip off. They are very untrrustworthy. Tried billing the insurance company for services not rendered and rates that were not discussed. Even informed us to lie to the insurance company! The doctor is like dr jeckyl and mr. hyde... you never know who you are going to get. Even used a child-like voice to try to act sincere. However I must be honest, the massage therapy girls DO know what they are doing. I would visit them any day if only they didnt work for such a creep.
