I play a lot of sports like basketball, football and volleyball as well as competing in races like the Tough Mudder, so my knees and back take a lot of abuse. I was referred to Dr. Wilk by a friend because I was suddenly having a lot of pain in my knee. After only a few visits he had me in business. When I started having a sharp pain in my lower back after competing in a 3on3 basketball tournament I thought it would go away with rest and ice but it didnt. After two weeks of barely being able to walk without 3 or more extra strength Tylenol I call Dr. Wilk at 1:00pm and he was able to see me THAT DAY! In that one visit he got walking around feeling great! He told me that the pain was caused by tight upstretched muscle in my hips and legs and even got down on the ground with me and showed me some exercises that would fix the cause of my pain!!! I have seen several chiropractors for sports related injuries over the years but I will be making Dr. Ryan Wilk my ONLY chiropractor from her on out! Thanks Dr. Wilk for everything you do!!!

I found Dr. Ryan when I was pregnant and looking for a Chiropractor that utilized the Webster technique. He has been amazing since day one, very personable, thorough and he listens! Seeing Dr. Ryan through my pregnancy alleviated my hip pain and I truly believe helped me have the natural birth I had hoped for. I look forward to seeing him every week, because this mom sleeps in some crazy positions and I always need a good adjustment. He has been adjusting our little one since week one, she is now 6 months old. He is amazing with her and you can see he has a passion for what he does. He helped her with infrequent bowel movements, which are no longer a concern. My other half has struggled with jaw and back pain for years and almost never mentions either anymore. We love having Dr. Ryan as a partner in our health. Each week when we see him we gain more useful information about how to increase our health. We feel very blessed to have found him! Dr Ryan is the best chiropractor we have ever found. A couple years ago my wife had an ongoing issue with her hip/pelvis. It had been bothering her for several years and she had received multiple treatments from several chiropractors and doctors. Dr Ryan got her on a treatment plan and after roughly 12 visits she was completely healed after years of pain. Recently, I was experiencing pain in my shoulder for several months. I visited Dr Ryan and after 8 visits I am back to 100%. We are so thankful we found Ryno Family Chiropractic. The office is very clean. Dr Ryan is very easy to talk to. He is not high pressure and his #1 goal is to get you better. He provides stretches etc to do at home. We could not be happier with the treatment he provided both of us. If your looking for a chiropractor I would very highly recommend giving Ryno Family Chiropractic a try.

Dr. Wilk is an excellent chiropractor! Hes well versed in many techniques, but always customizes each treatment to fit the individual’s needs. As a runner and a host for FOX Sports Arizona, I’m on my feet a lot. I told Dr. Wilk I have issues with my lower back, and that recently my hip and ankles have been aching as well. He adjusted my ankles and the hip that was giving me problems. No, really! He can manipulate a joint as specific as an ankle, which provided me so much relief! I’ve seen a few other chiropractors but none have taken the time to adjust anything besides my spine. I always feel better when leaving Dr. Wilk’s office. Whatever your chiropractic needs are, he’s your doc!

Ive seen many chiropractors throughout my life & Dr. Ryan is hands down one of the best. He is extremely gentle during adjustments & really focuses on whole body wellness instead of just a "wham bam onto the next patient". He takes his time with you & is extremely knowledgable. I started bringing my 3 month old daughter to him, she was having lots of tension from having a lip & tongue tie revision when she was a few weeks old. Shes a different baby! Shes now able to roll over, lift her head & turn it side-to-side (all things she was unable to do prior to our visits with him). We were so impressed that I started care with him; my back & neck have been feeling GREAT!

Thanks for making our visit a comprehensive one. Sorry if I have tons of questions during an adjustment, but Im a person who wants to understand everything as best I can. Thank you for being very patient with my questions and making us both feel very at ease. Although wed become very accustomed to a prior chiropractor, we like how you took the time and asked us about what we want out of our visit(s) and for our overall health. Its great to have a chiropractor who wants to understand their complete patient. There will be more visits.
