My name is Rob, I am now an older man, an experienced man. I was injured many times as a child, injured a number of times during my stint in military service, afterwards in sports, and during various martial arts training sessions. Years have past and now Im nearing 70 years old. I sought help through the VA doctors but not much cooperation or real help there . . . I decided to go about improving my health a more natural way than doctors and meds. I instictively knew this was the best idea. I looked for a physiologist who would help direct my way to better heath. . . . Fortunate for me I found THE JOINT! Here at THE JOINT I found convenience, the location is close by and I have no hassle with appointments. Ive been able to created my own schedual of visits. It has been very affordable for me as a Veteran vs all the travel expenses, meds and useless treatments at the VA. The people here at The Joint have always been cheerful and very friendly to me and my wife. And then there is my friend Dr. Joe. Dr. Joe has a gentle disposition allowing me to feel comfortable during every treatment. He communicates well, and for me, this is essential that he does have good listening skills and understands in regards to my pain and my symptoms. He always seems to be focused solely on my need as his patient. It has been obvious to me Dr. Joe is very knowledgeable about the spine, nerves and muscules, knows physiology and bone movement. He helped determine therapeutic exercises, and even discussed nutrition which has helped me for a better permanent health. I have seen Dr. Joes passion for his work. He believes in it, has pride in it, and knows his sense of purpose to help me to become, and stay, healthy. Sincerely, Rob

Fast & Simple I provided the Dr with a thorough breakdown of past sports injuries and explained to him I wanted my pelvic region assessed, more specifically my sacro-iliac ligaments. The Dr took a few looks at me, had me lay on the desk, went through ROM tests and told me I would need to come back for many more treatments. I went home and YouTubed "SI Joint Reset" which fixes whats called a "Pelvic Obliquity", essentially what I wanted this Chiropractor to perform however they had no clue what I was talking about. Performed the reset procedures on myself, the next day 90% of my pain was gone. A week later, 100% pain free. The Chiropractor was disengaged, and had a difficult time understanding what was going on. Whats really sad is I paid $30 to basically say hi so someone who is evidently not a Dr., who provided no help, and provided no thorough breakdown of what could possibly be going on. The long standing phrase still stands here, "You get what you pay for". This "Dr" spent more on my neck than he did my back, I had SI joint pain not neck pain man. Extremely disappointing. Office gave me a "Crank & Spank" kinda feel, like get in, get adjusted, get out kinda feel, except without a proper adjustment. For all those with lower back pain, Google Search "SI Joint Reset", hopefully I saved you $30.

I have seen many chiropractors here in the West Valley, trying to find " the one" . I had yet to be fully satisfied anywhere I had gone. A friend of mine had recommended THE JOINT, particularly DR.LINDSAY. I normally would never have tried a chain location like this, of fear that I wouldnt get a quality doc. .. but boy, was I wrong!!! Dr. Lindsay is AWESOME!! He took his time and was very thorough. He gave me the BEST adjustment from head to toe. I have gone back to see him every week for a month now. He has a strong hand, kind bedside manner, and very knowledgeable. I am more than pleased!! Plus, this location is conviniently located near my work, clean, and has extended hours so people who work full time jobs dont have to take time off to go get adjusted. If youre looking for a GREAT doc, go see Dr.Lindsay!!

Ive been going to this specific The Joint spot for a couple of months now. Everytime I go here, I always leave feeling refreshed. Espicially with their amazing speed and accuracy with their adjustments, $15 a visit is a great deal! Dr. Joe and Dr. Scot are both very good chiropractors and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has constant pain. Dont confuse the fact that because they dont accept insurance, that that makes them worse chiropractors. Do keep in mind however, in order for this type of therapy to work, you need to go for at least 6 weeks. So when somebody complains that their back hurts more than it did when they went in, its because their body is being adjusted to the way its supposed to be. 5 stars from me and Ill keep going back for as long as I have neck and back pain.

A while back I had Dr. Scot at another office, he introduced me to a unique technique for my neck and it did wonders. I unfortunately had forgotten what office he said he was at, but when I started having neck issues again I tracked him down. I told him of the issues I was experiencing with my neck, mid back, among other things, and I reminded him of the technique he used (occipital release) at the other location. He ran through everything head to toe and I couldnt believe the amount of adjusting my body needed, but he is FANTASTIC! He actually listens to your concerns and addresses them, along with explaining what hes finding and why things are hurting. I highly recommend giving him a shot if youre having any kind of issues what-so-ever, youll be pleasantly surprised!

I arrived at 4:00 pm and I paid the receptionist for the visit and I went back for the adjustment and was told by Dr. Scott, that the next time I came in that I needed to come in before they closed. I decided because of the tone and how I was being talked by him, that it would be in my best interest to get my money refunded to me and leave. I have never been treated in this manner by any of your staff in my many visits before. If you were closed upon my arrival, why did your receptionist take my money in the first place. If I could have given you no Stars, I would have. You can be assured, I will never have Dr. Scott ever adjust me again. He was rude and out of line. He needs to learn some people skills if he continues to work with the public.

Not only do I love the joint, being that its a franchise so when Im traveling an adjustment is never out of reach. While at home I love going to this SPECIFIC location because the chiropractors here are really the best youll find around. I always go to Dr. Scot because he will always make sure that I leave in better shape than I showed up in. The whole staff here is great and if youve been interested in chiropractic do yourself a favor and go here.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this "Joint". I have gone to more than one center. Friendly, considerate, patient, quick - and most importantly for me, they listen and work with you to correct the challenges. Have given me exercises to do, ice therapy instructions, stretches and recommendations to take back to my physician. Needless to say - hard to beat this type of clinic ESPECIALLY when considering price! Thank you!!!
