Dr. Shah is EXCELLENT!! 5 stars! :D My ONLY complaint is that one of the receptionists, (she did not introduce herself, of course) over the phone, is rather inconsiderate & unprofessional: Her: Thanks for calling The Joint. Me: Hello, is Dr. Shah available today? Her: No... (at this point, any professional receptionist would automatically inform the patient/customer when the doctor would be available, instead of providing an awkward silence) Me: Okay, umm, when will she be available? Her: Tomorrow... (no times were considerately given) Me: Okay, thanks.. Give them a call and judge for yourself! Other than that, itll take more than one unprofessional ignoramus to deter my business. Thanks Dr. Shah!! -M.

This a review for myself and my husband, Bob. We have been going to "The Joint" at Park West for about 2 years or so. We normally see Dr. Shah, in which we give her 5 Stars, our favorite lady! We have seen others there but mainly Dr. Shah. We havent had any complaints about any of the chiropractors we have seen when Dr. Shah is out of the office. The office staff has been wonderful to us and we enjoy them. Very friendly and courteous. They feel like our friends. If you need Chiropractic care we recommend "The Joint" at Park West. My experience with the joint in general has been a good one. While consistent technique is important, the practitioner is what makes it work properly. Ive been treated by Dr. Yolanda Loafer for the past 2-3 years. Her technique coupled with her demeanor and energy makes her a very valuable asset to this organization. I have and would recommend the joint and particularly Dr. Loafer to those looking for a solution to their physical ailments
