Lauren is AMAZING. I have been to a number of Chiropractics and most of them get you in and out. She took her time asking me questions, examining my back and knew exactly what was wrong. I have had a pain in my lower back since my baby 4 years ago that I have just dealt with because it wasnt constantly hurting. And then I got a pinch on the same side under my right shoulder blade. She adjusted several things, and then checked me again to make sure everything aligned up. I felt so much better instantly! Because I have been out of alignment for so long, I may have to get it readjusted a few more times in case my rib goes out of place again, but seriously first time in a month or so that my back felt better. I have tried icing it, heating it, stretching it and massaging it- nothing worked. It was only temporary relief. I am so glad I found Lauren to help out my back! What a lifesaver!

The first time I went to Inner Strength, I liked it. The Doctor was great and I had no issues... Then the next 3 times I attempted to make an appointment and/or come in for an adjustment, Inner Strength wasnt open for business! First their work hours vary and are often closed in the mornings. Then they say they will take walk-in appointments and when you come in, they deny you and try to set a schedule saying that they are tooo busy...when there is only one person in the waiting room! And other time, I called in during their business hours and was told that the Doctor was out and unavailable...It doesnt seem like the lady at the front desk is their to work... Overall just disappointed with the front desk and scheduling.

Ive struggled with lower back issues since having my second child. Ive always been a little hesitant to see a chiropractor but decided to give it a try after being referred to Dr. Hendrix from some friends at church. Why did I wait so long?! Very pleased with my experience at Inner Strength Chiropractic. Night and day difference for me. Dr. Hendrix could quickly tell what needed to be addressed and the atmosphere of her office is comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend her!

If i could put more stars i would! Dr. Hedrix is very knowledgeable and takes her time making you feel at ease, extremely helpful and informative. Also flexible, even though I have the same scheduled days for every visit I often am running late or have to r/s due to work and or family and she never seems to mind...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Dr. Hendrix is amazing and a consummate professional. I walk over 30 miles a week for my work and had a lot of pain. When I first went in my left leg was two inches longer than my left! It was fixed up in no time! And the pain improved instantly! If I could I would go everyday. I wonder if I can convince her to stay open till 8pm? :)

Dr Hedrix is the best. Saw her yesterday, i was having terrible muscle spasms in my back. When i left i didnt feel any different, but by evening i was seeing improvement. When i awoke this morning i was able to get out of bed without major pain. :) Still having a bit of discomfort, but SOOOO MUCH BETTER. Thank you Dr Hedrix
