Happy Boxes

Ive been visiting the chiro for about a month now due to chronic migraines. I have been here a total of 4 times so far, and I have only seen Dr. Wendy, so I cant really speak to the other doctors. Overall, I really enjoy the office! From what I have experienced so far, the atmosphere is very welcoming. I wasnt sure what to do, but I had plenty of help. The visit itself was very individualized. I was seen on time, the visit took as long/short as I needed. We went over a treatment plan, and even joked around. I cannot say visits are as easy with my other doctors. I really appreciated that Dr Wendy discussed the research of benefits of chiropractic care for migraines and built on what I had read (again, something I dont get with my other doctors). Dr Wendy and the technicians walked me through the adjustment, and the other treatments so I knew what the intention was. Every time I leave, I feel much better. I also feel like Ive gained knowledge. As far as my migraines go, I feel like they are improving. I plan to continue visiting Dr Wendy and eventually trying the acupuncture that they offer. Dr Wendy, you have been amazing to work with. You keep your heart in your practice, along with the sound effects! :) Thank You Kukurin Chiropractic!

My first time patient appointment was canceled without prior notice. I had the office email me all paperwork to fill out prior to my visit to be ready to be seen as soon as I arrived. Im new to Phoenix Arizona area, moved from out of state, rushed from work, arrived 9 minutes after my appt time and was told I couldnt be seen because the doctor was with another patient since I wasnt there exactly at my appt time. Never have I had such an excuse for having an appointment canceled without prior notice, without a follow up courtesy call for being a first time patient. To think I had canceled another place to come here, Totally regret it.. I never give any sort of rating but this was a true disappointment for really needing a service that couldnt wait until their next available appointment.

I went in for a massage and really enjoyed it. Sarah really took her time and worked on key points. She was kind and friendly, so was everyone in the office. The massage was private and I felt great when I left.

Great experience, all staff were friendly and knowledgeable!! Fixed my pain in my neck from a bulging disc, Ill definitely go back if needed again!!
