I have my whole family seeing Dr. Peterson for our Dental care, we have seen a few other Dentists and we have now found a Dentist my whole family is very happy with. My wife states that she is very happy with the entire staff and their professionalism and with their prompt follow up care. The Dental Hygienist, Michelle, was "AWESOME" with my 4 year old daughter, truly had my 4 year old very comfortable and relaxed. My 4 year old has asked when she gets to go back for her next appointment, because her experience was so enjoyable. My teen age daughters are very happy with their care as well, and are happy that they will be able to get their braces taken care of here in Winslow and not have to travel to Show Low or Flagstaff to get braces, something i am happy about as well. And of course Jennifer, is very good about making appointments according to our schedules, so we will not have to change our work schedules to go to see Dr. Peterson, she also calls prior to our appointments to make sure we will be able to make our appointments. Dr. Petersons office is clean and is very modern, having all new equipment to be able to provide excellent care. I would rate our overall dental experience a 10 out of a 10. We are very fortunate as a community to have such a great provider here in Winslow.

While he is an excellent dentist when it comes to working on your teeth, I feel his bedside manner is not the best. He is not very comforting to a person who deals with extreme dental phobia, he isnt reassuring, or acts like he even cares about the patient. Not to mention, he sighs the whole time hes working on your teeth, which does not help the anxiety of someone feeling anxious. Does it really matter if hes great at fixing teeth, if his bedside manner sucks?

My wife and I have been going to see Dr. Peterson and his staff for almost 3 years. We have found them all to be knowledgeable, helpful and kind. My wife is especially happy, because she has had dental care in the past that was not up to the standards that Dr. Petersons practice provides. there okay and there friendly but I got my teeth fix for a root canal but they did it all suck it. I tell have my small cavity in the small circle where air comes in and it hurts and my root canal that they did was good but they put my 2 teeth together so it feel like I have one teeth cant floss my teeth because my teeth are together. aww man my gums still hurts from when they numb my gums with natio I can still feel the pain

My family and I all appreciate Dr. Peterson sooooo much! Hes not only our family dentist but hes also our family orthodontist. His entire staff is amazing, always friendly and efficient! A nice, clean and happy environment. We couldnt be happier!
