The staff is amazing from top to bottom! Everyone that works here has a fantastic demeanor and are very professional. When you walk out the door you are greeted with a friendly smile. They make you right at home. If you are afraid of the dentist then you should definitely have Dr. Bell as your doctor. She makes the experience as easy as possible and always makes sure that you are as comfortable as can be. Over the pass year or so Ive had to have a few problems take care of from getting my teeth cleaned to getting a cavity filled and Ive always had a great experience. But I just recently had to have a crown put on and throughout the whole procedure Dr. Bell was very attentive and made sure that I didnt feel pain. Also at the end of getting the crown put on they made sure that I was happy with the work and I was extremely satisfied with it. All in all if you are looking for a great dentist then you should definitely check them out. I no longer dread going to the dentist after using them and would recommend them to everyone. Most of all I have my confidence back when I smile and no longer worry about smiling in pictures. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Bell.

It was my first time ever being there, and it was pretty busy. But, I did not mind the long wait, due to the first impression of the front desk staff, who were so welcoming. They alone deserve five stars. Unfortunately, the reason for me not liking the visit is because this is all that happened: (1) The dental assistant took my x-rays and gave me antibiotic and pain medicine prescriptions, and (2) I was referred to an oral surgeon.The dental assistant went back and forth to talk to Dr. Bell about me, and that was it. I couldnt tell you who Dr. Bell was or how she looked, because she NEVER came to my room to greet me or inform me of anything. I thought that was extremely odd and impersonal. I understand they were busy, but I am used to going to a doctor and seeing him/her. She could have at least come into the room to say hello, introduce herself, let me know what was going on, and why she would not be able to work on me...but, she didnt. Not sure if its like that all of the time or what. Thankfully, the front desk staff and dental assistant were very nice and friendly. Thats pretty much what I received for $83.

I must say out of all the dentist that i have been to over the years,Higginbotham family Dental are the greatest hands down!! Actually I use to dread having to go to the dentist because they were all basically the same,they never had any consideration for how I was feeling the staff and sometimes even the dentist! But I finally found myself the best dentist,Dr.Williams and i cant leave out the staff everyone is so nice and very considerate,and thats how it should be,no one should have to dread going to their dentist i know i sure dont anymore and i would highly recommend Higginbotham Family Dental to anyone because they are the best!!

I had to go in several times for a crown fitting. Its a time consuming process that takes several visits, but I never had to wait very long in the waiting room or while I was getting work done. Dr. Bell was friendly and efficient, and she was very attentive to my comfort. I loved how willing she was to get my crown to fit perfectly; she wasnt satisfied until I was satisfied. Her hygienists were able to anticipate every move she made and they did a great job making me feel comfortable too. This is one of the most pleasant and affordable dentistry offices I have visited.

After a dental emergency landed me in Dr. Bells office, I decided to permanently sever ties with my primary dentist and only use Higginbotham Family Dental. The service was outstanding and comprehensive. They explained every procedure that was performed and even took the time to go over preventative care that would keep the issue from recurring. Dr. Bell and the two young ladies that assisted her were awesome. They took very good care of me, from my extractions to fitting my dentures. I was extremely nervous the day of my extractions but after realizing that I was was in the best of care, my nerves settled down. Every one was so caring and concern about my well being. I felt like family. West Memphis office is awesome, I would recommend this to anyone. Dr. Bell is one of a kind.

I had a crown to break off at the gum line. Scary, right? WRONG! Dr Higginbotham and Dr Katie Bell came to my rescue! They seated the implant that day. I took a pain pill while still in the dental chair; I didnt need anything else for pain.... PERIOD. No bleeding. No discomfort. All wonderful! What a great team they made. Hands down, They are my first choice for all of my familys dental care!!

I had to have deep cleanings done and I was very nervous, especially about the numbing shot. Dana Grooms was my hygienist and I didnt feel a thing! It was painless and she explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable! I highly recommend her and this office!!
