They were very thorough, explained everything, very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Sheppard was great, very nice, easy to understand, great personality. You have to park on the street, but it wasnt difficult to find a close spot. They book pretty far out, at least for regular eye exams, so plan ahead to get in when you want. Highly recommend!

Both of the physicians are very nice and they are great with kids as well as adults. They do not talk down to patients and they thoroughly explain everything. The support staff is cheerful, concerned and extremely helpful. I feel cared for as soon as I enter their office.
