Excellent service all around! Dr. Na has been my optometrist for nearly a decade -- best doc Ive had in my many years of wearing contacts and glasses. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and he is absolutely committed to providing a comfortable experience and dispensing the perfect lenses. AND hes fun to talk to. Everybody on staff is very friendly and helpful -- no grumpy faces if I miss an appointment, need emergency lenses shipped internationally ASAP, etc. The whole team is great -- highly recommended!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Na for the past 4 years. He is very attentive and very good with my children. We all wear glasses and its always a big family expedition (I have four young kids) which is why we always take a Saturday appointment. The staff by the way is most accommodating and what could potentially be an exhausting outing always turns into a fun experience for us all. We appreciate you guys!

Doctor seemed very competent and friendly; however, assistant who helped pick out glasses seemed unconcerned. I had lots of questions but didnt feel she had time or even wanted to respond to my questions. It took over 2 weeks for my new glasses to come in -- not sure is this is an average time.
