I would give them a zero but that wasnt an option. Avoid Everett Optometry Clinic / William S Church OD. Known as EOC. They take your money and the care stops there. You order lenses and they dont contact you to let you know there in. Because you paid UPFRONT! They have your money. Then when you show up to see where your lenses are and that you expected a call but havent got one you get a flippent receptionist telling you they have contacted you and you need an appointment to cut lenses that takes less than 5 minutes to cut. UPDATE: I received my first call EOC today 03/03/2015. No surprise Emily was ROOD. The message was they have tried to call me. I have never received any communication from them from when I bought $500.00 worth of frames and lenses in June. The call stated that they have called me and "I" Emily is going to get rid of them if I dont come get them and that the money is non-refundable. Hey Emily I will NEVER be back.

Dr. Church was very nice, and very fun. My husband has been going to him since middle school and I recently had to see him for a scratched eye. He cracks jokes and makes you feel comfortable while still fully explaining everything to you and getting you fixed and on your way as soon as possible. My husband had an emergency one day where he scratched his eye really bad and Dr. Churchs clinic was not open. He calld his emergency line which was answered promptly and Dr. Church insisted on coming in and opening the clinic to see him instead of just dismissing him and telling him to go to the emergency room like others usually would. And he didnt even charge anything for coming in on a day off! I definitely recommend him!

Dr. Church was excellent. He was able to explain everything about my eyes and was extremely knowledgable and was the best optometrist Ive ever visited. The office is amazing and very clean. The area where they allow you to choose frames and check the fit is a good distance from the reception area, which makes it easier to listen and speak with the person assisting you. The entire staff were friendly and knowledgable. This was the best visit Ive ever had when being seen at an eye clinic. I will definitely visit this clinic from here on out.

I have been going here for a couple of years, my Mother saw them for a long time before I did. I have been pleased by everything. They take state insurance, which is awesome. They dont have the biggest selection for state insurance, but most people dont, so it is ok. I recently had an eye infection and they helped me clear it up and clean my eye to give my relief, Thank God.

They get two stars for the fact that the employees that I delt with were at least nice, but four or so months later and Im getting another bill stating I owe even more money after being told that my bill was already paid in full. Will never return and I will tell everyone I know to never go here!

I have gone to Dr. Church for over 20 years and have no plans to see any one else. His work has always been excellent.

I dont find a problem with the staff there all nice, But theres not to much communication and a little slow for me.
