Dr. Lim at Bothell Vision Center is simply the best. I usually get very anxious about anything eye exam related, but Dr. Lim has always been kind, considerate, and totally professional. I have been going to her for several years now, and I trust her completely with my eye health. Her exams are quick but totally comprehensive and I feel like my eyesight is in great hands. As an added bonus, her front desk staff is very courteous and friendly. I always recommend Dr. Lim to friends and family members - in fact, my husband also goes to her and is similarly enthusiastic about his experience. I wish I could give Dr. Lim six stars. She is that good.

Folks, I rarely write reviews espcially negative ones, so this is definitely a first. Generally, when I visit a "doctors office" I expect there to be some level of nobility. Not here, they want you to buy something. I felt tremendous pressure to buy a pair of glasses and sadly I did. It was all downhill from here, without belabouring this, if you received your glasses from BVC and nothing was wrong then consider yourself lucky. BUT, if something does go wrong, the service takes a nose dive. My advise is find someone with a reputation to protect! Best wishes.

Bothell Vision Center always charges you more than they should. Even though I have very good insurance, they still asked me to pay over $200 up front. When I went to Vision Centers in the shopping malls, what I need to pay was only $10 deductable. So dont go there, otherwise you are going to expect a lots of out of pocket expenses.

Im beyond happy with my glasses. I bought two pairs; one for work and a second pair as driving sun-glasses. I had a great exam with Dr. Lim, she was very thorough and paid attention to the things I said and gave me a perfect prescription. The Bothell Vision Center is the best place to go in town for an eye exam!
