I accidentally broke the left lens of my glasses and went to the Market Optical as it was the closest store. It turned out that I could not get my lens in a prompt way since I need a high index lens that is not in their stock. Knowing I need my eyeglass badly (I am a very near-sighted and have no extra pair/contact lens), the lady who was working there helped me to find out the optical stores that may have the lens I need. She was very kind and helping me put the tape on my broken lens so I can use the glasses temporarily in a safer way. I appreciated her first aid very much so that I gave her a hug.

I went in for a simple eye exam and contact lens fitting. Dr. Cannon was great, he was very professional and amicable, as was the staff in the front office. Although they were not in my insurance network, Market Optical was able to help me set up a reimbursement through my provider. I would definitely recommend Market Optical to anyone who is looking for an eye exam. (Although the parking lot can be annoying)

I went there for emergency help as my glasses got ruined by the sun...Lee at Market Optical and his team took such amazing care of me. And they produced a miracle, going way out of their way to help by talking directly with one of their competitors who had sold me the glasses and helping to work out a great solution. I cant say enough - have never experienced this level of customer service.

Highway robbery, Ripoff unless youre Bill Gates or Felix Hernandez for single vision glasses. Quoted something like 227.00 Just for the lenses alone on the phone. They also dont take Medicaid or medicare. This is required by law now and most places refuse.

I took my mangled glasses in this morning fearful that they were ruined after I ran over them. The technician worked wonders on my glasses and completely fixed them. I was stunned! What an amazing young man. Thank you so much!!!!
