The staff Wendy Huang OD, Lyubov & Sylvia were wonderful. Dr. Wendy Huang was professional, gentle and has a good personality. Lyubov was sweet & great with choosing the right frames to match my face. Sylvia was nice and informative with the insurance detail confirmation. The eye exam, prescription and choosing of frame/lenses/coatings/features was not rushed but felt careful & relaxed, with emphasis on quality and patient happiness. I chose to buy two pairs of glasses and Lyubov was patient with the process, managing to find some awesome options. I appreciate the time & care in selecting whats right for me and happy with the experience. Great service & excellent communication overall- important detail is the clarity of the billing and invoice, some eye clinics I went to in the past did not show all the cost, insurance & item information but Vision Plus Bellevue showed everything which is good. I recommend this place.

Dr. Huang was very proficient, professional with a great personality. She was quick, efficient and explained everything she was doing. Sylvia was super sweet and bubbly and greeted us right when we arrived! She checked our insurance coverage and made sure we were fully informed prior to our appointment so that there were so "surprises." Lupa was amazing with getting the glasses we wanted and also giving us options! Thank you to the team at Vision Plus Bellevue! Make this your local home for your eye care, you will not be disappointed.

This is a smaller, quieter office for an eye doctor, which I really liked. The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctor is good at what she does, and is patient and willing to discuss options or answer questions. And the equipment is clean and up-to-date. The selection of glasses frames may be a bit smaller than other places, but you can always pick out frames elsewhere.

Wow, this company is amazing! I damaged my glasses and they replaced them for free! I can see again! Doc is very attentive and very professional and the girls helped me with a frame that made me look less of a geek! Thanks Vision plus!

Ive never been to a better, more friendly and accurate eye clinic! The doctor and the secretary are both great. This place is a 2 hour bus ride away from me but Im definitely sticking with it.
