My visit with Dr. Savatei Sea was wonderful. I was able to schedule my appointment with no troubles or hassles. I was able to get in at exactly the time and day that I wanted to. I had the most outstanding service from her staff and attentive care from Dr. Sea. She is also the eye doctor for all my family. I would only trust Dr. Sea caring for our delicate eyes. She is very friendly, professional and knowledgable. She was able to answer my questions about my eyes that have never been answered by other optometrists Ive seen in the past. I was worried about having dried eyes from wearing contacts all the time and she advised me to use eye drops and even gave me a couple of different samples to try. She never rushed through my appointment with her. She spent a lot of time with me making sure I had the right contacts for me and helped me pick out the perfect glasses! It felt like I was the only patient in the whole office, which made me feel very comfortable with her. I had my mom, who is diabetic, see Dr. Sea. Dr. Sea was very thorough during my moms eye exam. She explained everything that she was doing and what she saw in my moms eyes. She was very helpful and communicated accordingly to my mothers primary care physician. This, I really appreciated. Other places, weve had to call several times before a report would be sent to her primary doctor. My mom was very pleased with the care that Dr. Sea provided. Thank you Dr. Sea! You will be seeing us again!

I walked into their clinic the other day because I had difficulty reading. At 46 years of age, I had never been to an optometrist. The staff greeted me warmly and was very attentive to my needs. They quickly did some precursory checks and had me examined by Dr. Sea. I come from a family of medical professionals, and I have never encountered a doctor with a more pleasing bedside manner than Dr. Sea. She made me feel relaxed, thoroughly answered all of my questions, was extemely patient and left me with the impression that she genuinely cares about my well-being, just as if she was a close family friend. I was then handed to Kara, who took me through one frame after another till we found a style I could agree upon. She covered all the pricing options, clearly pointing out the bonuses and drawbacks of each, so that I could make an informed decision. Since then, I received my glasses in a timely fashion and have had some follow-up calls to check on my status. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with this choice of service.

I havent had an eye exam in 2 years and was using glasses that were over 13 years old, I also live 30 minutes away so was hesitant to drive to Bothell from Seattle, but heard great things about Comfort Vision and Dr. Nguyen so I wanted to give it a try. Dr. Nguyens eye exam was very thorough as you would expect of a great optometrist, he was also great at telling me what to expect with my vision in the near future so I understood what type of glasses I might need in the future. After the appointment he connected me and introduced me to his staff that helped me go over pricing and options for contact lenses and new glasses. The selection of frames was great because they had over what seemed to be 100 frame options, from traditional frames to more modern trendy frames. It was overwhelming but the staff was happy to give me advice on what they liked and what looked best for me. I will definitely be back and would recommend Comfort Vision to my family and close friends.

Wont be returnng. Front staff has poor communication by phone over numerous years as a patient. They cannot offer a proper quote and spring unexpected charges when you get there in person. Their wait time for appointments is about 2 weeks to a month out depending on the time of day you require. So of course, finding out you have charges that werent explained by phone a month later when you walk in is not only unacceptable, but appalling for any company to work in such a manner. The billing lady is exceptionally unpleasant and the front desk staff is very undereducated to be answering phones, let alone important questions about peoples vision. Most did not ask to have poor eyesight and places like this do zero service to aid in making the expense easier. The eye doctors seem well educated and I hope they look into better business practices for their supporting staff.

My Daughter really needed a pair of glasses, and Dr. Nguyens office is exceptionally cool with their participation in a program that allows low-income families to get their kids glasses. My girl had also not had an eye exam for a couple of years, and so was a little nervous. The staff here are again, very cool. They explained everything to her, and made sure that she felt involved at each step. Picking out her own frames, that she wanted was the cherry-on-top. Not only were the glasses ready in just under a week, but when my Daughter put them on, I could tell that Dr. Nguyen had dialed in her prescription perfectly. Now she can sit anywhere in her classroom and never worry about being able to see the board or not. Were both very happy with Comfort Vision, wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone who needed glasses/contacts, and are serious about ranking them 5 out of 5!

My wife and I have been going to Comfort Vision for over two years now, and we can only say great things about them. Dr. Sea is always extremely professional, friendly and takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. This is what in my mind really makes her a great doctor. Especially with something as detail oriented as proper vision, you need an optometrist willing to spend the time to make sure everything is just right. Dr. Sea always answers my many questions and I never feel rushed there. Shes even taken the time to speak with me over the phone when I had concerns. The rest of the staff is equally great.. and youre greeted with smiles on every visit. I highly recommend Comfort Vision to anyone!

My experience at Comfort Vision was the best Ive ever had at an eye clinic. Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy. Another great feature that I liked was being able to fill out and submit all my patient information online before my first appointment. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Dr. Sea was very knowledgeable and caring. She was able to answer and explain any questions that I had. Payment for my eye exam and contacts was easily taken care of through my insurance/vision plan. I am extremely pleased and confident with entrusting my eye care to Comfort Vision staff and doctors.

I would STRONGLY recommend Comfort Vision to my closest friends, family and colleagues! I had nothing but a FANTASTIC experience. The office is clean and extremely presentable. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are super pleasant and were extremely patient even when it took me forever to pick my eye glass frames. :) Dr. Nguyen himself is very professional and knowledgeable - answering all my questions and performing the most thorough eye exam Ive ever had! I walked away with a pair of eye glasses that I get complements on every day, and the best fitting contacts Ive ever worn! Thank you Comfort Vision! You rock!!
