Very disorganized is what basically sums up my experience there. First, my prescription was confused, I bought 2 boxes of contacts with the wrong prescription. I than returned those boxes, got a trial for what they stated should of been the right prescription. The front desk is very disorganized they seem to not know whats going on. I had to drive to the location 3 times already in which one time I had to go during my lunch to fix their mistake. I finally picked up my correct contacts and they almost charged me 20 dollars more because they werent sure how much my insurance covered. I wouldnt recommend this place unless they can become more organized with their patients details.

Ive been going to these doctors for years with very good service. The one time in the 20+ years Ive been going here that I had a problem, I wrote them a letter letting them know what was going on, and they called me to thank me for letting them know and took care of it right away and changed their procedures so it never happened again! Good doctors that know their stuff, and extremely good customer service. Theyve recently added a new doctor to their staff and I recently saw her and was just impressed by her. I would recommend this clinic (and have) to anyone looking for a good eye doctor.

I have been a patient at Vision Source Alderwood for 14 years and have always been very impressed with the doctors. Dr Pfiefer and Hyde have done a Fantastic job adding knowledgeable staff to the practice. I have a complex prescription and eye structure. They are always looking for innovative ways to correct my vision. The staff tthat fit the frames are great in helping me find frames that work with my prescription and my very small framed face. The ladies that check me in always have a smile and are helpful in thorough in figuring out insurance.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced the last two years. I cant believe I gave them another chance. They dont care that you drive 60 minutes round trip to see your doctor and then lie to you that they called to tell you the doctor isnt there and ask if you want to reschedule or see another doctor. Who does that and expect repeating customers!!!!! Plus, Ive sat in there tiny exam room 25 minutes before a doctor shows up. Id rather wait in the large waiting room instead of a tiny dark room. Im done!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Pfiefer for a long time now and I am always happy with the results of my annual check up. Last July I had cataract surgery through Dr Pfiefer;s recommendation and everything is much better now. I had no problems and just had my annual check up and it all looks good. Both my wife and I use Vision Source Alderwood and we are both very happy there. I would highly recommend these doctors to entrust your vision to, you wont be disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with my visit to see Dr. Pfifer last week. The new lenses prepared for me last year had never been comfortable even after going back for some adjustment and tweaks. When I told Dr. Pfifer about this, he was unhappy that I had had this experience and is now making up a new lense, with the new prescription for no charge to me. Again, my great thanks for this generosity.

The front desk staff was very helpful and professional in person, unfortunately, that was as far as I got. I was incorrectly scheduled a month after I was told I was scheduled for, and my insurance information was mistaken over the phone and I was told it was accepted when in reality it was not. I only review to encourage double checking insurance and appointments before heading in.

should I admit to knowing Dr Hyde for longer than Ive known my hubby?? Lawdy, that is a looooong time...but should also tell you how I trust this guy, Ivan Hyde. And how he can never retire because Ill have no one to take care of my eyes like he has. yep. make an appointment and get some seriously GREAT care for your eyes!! theyre the only ones you have, after all!

I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive been taking my whole family to see Dr. Hyde for several years and we all love him. My little ones think its a treat to go to the eye doctor and they look forward to it. Dr. Hyde is great with all ages and is very personable. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Dr Hyde referred me to a place where I was able to have my high prescription corrected to 20/20 with LASIK. I had been told by several places it couldnt be done. My daughter has nighttime corrective lenses which frees her from contacts or glasses in the day and is keeping her vision from deteriorating. staff is awesome!!
