This was for the Huntington Beach location, and I cant comment on the Anaheim location, she probably has different staff there and better ran. If your time is worth anything then you will not like this office, you will come in early have your paperwork done and wait - in an empty waiting room. Then deal with a snotty front desk and act like it is an honor to be here. Sorry, I left work early and it cost me money to be here on time and early I was, trying to be professional and courteous to my Dr. with respect to honoring my appointment time. So, they will not have me back as a patient I can respect them but they cant respect me or my time, and cost me money? As far as the Dr. I guess she was fine. She told me my tattoo bumps were from ink contamination and my bumps were a virus and I had warts. This is pretty bizarre, but ok fine FML and moving on. Then she prescribed for me a cream to make them go away, which was ready for this $531 a box with my insurance...yeah I know right Murica! So, I went and ordered it from Canada and paid $95 with shipping, and I get to use this for 6 weeks and see another dermatologist after I am done. For me one time and done, you decide what you want to do, but if your time is worth anything I would pass and find an office that respects the efforts you make.

Dr Cheryl Effron is an amazing dermatologist and an even more wonderful person. She really cares about you and wants to make the best possible you seen by the world. I have been fortunate enough to have found Dr Effron over 7 years ago and I wish I had found her sooner, that way I could have avoided some costly mistakes with my skin with advice from dermatologists that were available via HMO. Dr Effron also keeps up to date with the latest advancements and the Gemini laser treatment I have undergone has done wonders for my skin and confidence. Highly recommend, my wife and I only see her for all of our skin care needs!

This dermatologist is really good. She has treated everyone in our family for decades, is very thorough and caring. I read the comments about the front desk staff and dont find that to be true at all.
