Services was terrible! Made appointment and was told wrong address. When I called office staff refused to take and squeeze me in even thought their staff made an error. I was right at their parking lot when I called. Staff at desk said they would speak with doctor to see if they could get me in. I was willing to wait as long as possible. Staff never spoke to doctor but instead spoke with someone else who said No" If you dont show they want money. When you take a day off from work it is O.K. That they make a mistake. Poor service!

Waited over two weeks for an illness visit. At 4:00 (my appointment was for 3:00), someone asked how long til shed be seen- her appt was at 2:30. After another half an hour, I gave up because the 2:30 was still waiting- over 2 hours behind and standing room only in the waiting room. Clearly doesnt need my business. Dr was fine, if you could see him, but staff were unprofessional bordering disrespectful.

Called office and they put me on hold for 18 minutes before even talking to me. So I hung up and called back after that length of time and told them that they had left me on hold - no apologies just what can I help you with. Tried to make an emergency apt while in pain and the earliest they could get me in was 2 days short of a month later! And I am not a new patient.

This is a very unprofessional practice! If you make an appointment, your time is not respected and you will wait a long time in a waiting room full of frustrated patients! More importantly, if you are sick, and need to speak to the doctor, he does not return your call. Maybe his cosmetic cash patients are more important to him than those who are sick!

I had two basal cell carcinomas removed. Dr. Cohen is wonderful! They are healing beautifully - minimal scarring and its only been 2 1/2 weeks! His staff was caring and helpful every time I called or came in. Thank you for taking such good care of me!
