The staff at Gary B Jacobsen are excellent. My calls were returned the same day. When I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very personable and professional, she answered my questions and made suggestions of things to try. I had a question regarding my insurance and the office manager took the time to review the policy with me and answer my questions, I really appreciated this.

As a long-term dental patient I would like to state that Dr. Jacobsen and his entire staff is the best dental office you can possibly choose. Dr. Jacobsen is extremely skilled and experienced, hes never rushed, and he explains everything he needs to do very well to his patients. His entire crew is fantastic, friendly and positive!

Everyone that Ive encountered here is always super friendly and professional. The dentist was really helpful in making sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure and process as he was working on me. The assistant was also very competent and thorough in explaining the post-procedure what to expect and directions.

I HATE going to the dentist but Dr. Jacobsens staff makes it a much more pleasant experience than what Ive had in the past. Im usually the patient who has a death grip on the chair but during my last two visits I found myself nodding off during a usually painful deep cleaning treatment.

This office is pretty great. Not only is the staff professional and friendly but Dr. Jacobsen knows what he is doing. He did some dental work that had been destroyed by a previous dentist, and I came out with a perfect smile and teeth.
