The best Dentist in Temple City. I have been going to Dr. Lads office for several years now. My ex- boyfriend has been going to him since he moved to Temple City in 1991. He has since retired and moved to Prescott AZ, and he still returns to Lad Dentistry. Both Chiman (father) and Sunjay (son) are the nicest men. They both are thoughtful, professional, gentle, personable, and both have a great sense of humor. They do "EXCELLENT" work. I am very picky about having a super great dentist that one should love. I wish I would have taken my boyfriends recommendation a few years earlier. The office is state of the art. Dont the let the plain brick on the outside fool ya. This office is beautiful inside. They are always on time. Ive NEVER waited more than 3mins. I can barely get a magazine open before they call me in. The staff "ROCKS" Donna (dental assistant) and Jackie (receptionist) are patient with me when quoting me my cost after insurance. Donna knows her stuff and is so helpful. I think both doctors would be lost without her. Jackie is a doll. She always calls to remind me of my appointment, and is so pleasant. I am here to stay. I think they all deserve 10 STARS!

Drs. Chiman and Sunjay Lad are ultimate professionals in their field. I have been seeing Chiman since I moved to temple city in 1986. I have always found him to be kind, gentle, caring and friendly. Ive been seeing Sunjay since he started working with his father several years ago and find him to be a wonderful copy of his father in demeanor and bedside manner. I now see either father or son interchangeably on each visit and it makes no difference since they both have the same competent hand. Im impressed with Sunjays body of work at such a young age, having taught at dental school and other accomplishments that I cant remember at this moment. I do remember the pride in Chimans voice and smile as he told me of his sons background when I asked so many years ago. Even though I have moved away from temple city I still make my semiannual appointments with this fine father and son team. One day I expect Chiman will consider retiring. Though hell be missed by his many patients, hell be leaving the practice behind in extremely competent hands and a legacy any man and father would be proud of.

Theres nothing more to say about this awesome dental facility. Attached is my previous review and post for those that missed it. Nothing but the best...service, staff and doctors. I have been going to Dr. Chiman Lad (renamed Lad Family Dentistry with the addition of Dr. Lads son, Sunjay Lad, DDS--a proud day for Dad to be sure) for over 35 years and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for my dental care, even though I travel almost 90 miles round-trip for each visit. The entire office staff is very genuine, friendly and caring, and they treat each patient as if they were family. If you want a dental office that is willing go "above and beyond" in the care of their patients, then you have found it with Dr. C. "Old Guy" and Dr. S. "Good-looking Guy" Lad (nicknames courtesy of my 93-year-old mother, who is also a long-time, 35+-year patient) and their staffs. After your first visit to their newly remolded, expanded and updated office and you meet the staff and experience the highest quality dental care you will ever receive, you definitely wont want to go anywhere else--ever!

I have had some sort of dental problems most of my life. Some were minor, some much more severe. I have never had the opportunity to give a GOOD review to any dentist as I never had a good dental experience. As soon as I went to Dr. Lad that all changed. I feel I have never had a completely professional dental experience in my whole life. Everything from On Line Service to make appointments, A great professional greeting, served with a smile I might add when I first arrived. Patience as I made mistakes on my initial paperwork ;-). , Professional counseling and advice on everything that I needed to know about my future dental plans. Drs. Chiman Lad and Sunjay Lad gave me every bit of knowledge that I needed and their work has been fantastic. Both dental assistants that have assisted in my procedures have been friendly, competent and professional as well. They will now be my NEW family dentist. Everything about this office rates a 10! Both Chiman and Sunjay Lad are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled. (This comes from someone who is "a big chicken" when it comes to having dental work done!) ! They do everything possible to make me feel comfortable. The dental hygienists are friendly, and do such a good job of caring for my pearly whites! The office staff is unfailingly polite and competent. The office has recently been remodeled, and it looks terrific; the equipment and furnishings are brand new. They are very conscious of germ control, and take extra pains to be sure that necesssary equipment and tools are kept sterile. I have been going to Dr. Lads office ever since he took over from the previous doctor, and I wouldnt go anywhere else!
