Dear Mr. Bero, Your last visit to our office was back in 2007. And you visited twice, once in March and once in December of the year. You have not returned to our office since because you moved. Your wife had never been in our office ever. We have upgraded and updated our facilities since your last visit, Please see our web site for the current state of the office. I can confidently say that our office is modern and up to date in equipments and facility. Therefore your negative post three weeks ago somewhat confounded our office staff and me. Could you explain why you posted such a negative review three weeks ago since you have not been in our office the last 10 years? I also welcome you to return to our office for an inspection to see if your post justifiable or not. Thank you. Gena Luna, office manager.

Today was my first visit with Dr.Tsai and i must say that i am vary pleased with his work and not only was his staff super friendly and kind they new how to treat you with honesty and kindness . I will be coming back here for now on.

Wife and I went here once, it was many years ago. Office and equipment was dated and we decided it just wasnt a good fit for us.
