My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Kim for 10 years now. She inspected my daughters first teeth at age 3 and she just pulled the last of those baby teeth out for my now-teenager daughters braces. Dr. Kim is one of the rare doctors who will take time to explain whats going on, who will give you options, and who always listens. Neither one of my children is afraid of the dentist because she has always managed to make them feel completely comfortable. Even after getting her tooth pulled, my daughter expressed with some surprise that "it never hurt at all". Oh, and I should mention that this was my daughters first novocain shot ever. Thanks to Dr. Kims diligent preventative care, neither one of my kids has ever had a cavity yet. Also, in ten years, we never had to wait more than one minute in the waiting room. Usually Dr. Kim and her assistants are already awaiting us. Last, but not least, the office staff is reliable and friendly. As you can tell, I can not say enough good things about Dr. Kim. Shes awesome! ... Oh, wait, one last thing: In our house we actually refer to her as "Dr. Purple" because she used to always wear a purple gown. :)

I am David. This is my mothers google acct btw. I dont have a gmail acct so I used my moms to sign in. Dr. Kim is the greatest dentist I have known. From my partying days to me getting married, Dr. Kim has been very patient with me when I drank too much the night before n the anesthesia just wont work the way I wanted to her office.... She actually called me while I was hung over @ a co workers house before to check if I was hurting after I went to her office that friday. I really appreciate that. I have stayed with her just because she listened to my problems n Dr. Kim fixed my problems with my teeth with just one try. Sry Dr. Kim about the u know what... It was my wife that made me get another quote. I only did it just to shut her up. Tyvm Dr. Kim!

I have been going to Dr. Kim for 3 years now and I couldnt be any more pleased. I used to hate going to the dentist because its pretty scary, especially when you need to get a a shot. I hate needles but with Dr. Kim its painless. Shes talking you through it and before you know it its over. You dont feel a thing. Its safe to say shes the only person I trust with a needle near my mouth. The staff is super kind which is something I personally look for. Great customer service is a must especially in a place most people fear or dislike. If you are ever in search of a dentist I highly reccomend Dr. Kim. You will definitely not regret it!!

Dr. Maria Kim is a great dentist. I have referred others to her. When she took over the current office, she upgraded everything and continues to keep it up-to-date. I normally just get a bi-annual cleaning and the annual x-rays. But this week I had several old fillings replaced. I am usually pretty tense in the dentists chair. But from the initial shot of pain killer to the final rinse, this was the most pain free experience ever. I should also mention her competent staff. Overall a very effective practice.

This was a great experience and I felt very much at ease. Dr. Kim was warm and exceptional in explaining the procedures, and the technology available there is top of the line. 3D imaging is available so you can see in real time exactly where the teeth are damaged and what needs to be done. The temporary crown fit perfectly and the technology she has took out a lot of the guess work. She is a total keeper! By the way, I am one of the guys pictured below.

Dr Maria runs an excellent office. From making appointments with the secretary to going back in the chair everything was so smooth. They were crystal clear with all my options for replacing my missing teeth and for my gum issues and also all the money issues so there were no surprises with any kind of balance. She really worked with me in terms of being a partner in my care rather than having work done to me. Best of all the shots didnt hurt!!

Just wanted to take a moment to write this review to say what a wonderful dentist Dr. Maria Kim is. She goes out of her way to make sure that my family and I are always comfortable during our visits. She takes her time and explains the procedures thoroughly. She is kind and patient with our young kids and they enjoy their visits. I recommend her to all our friends and family. If you are looking for a dentist she comes highly recommended.

As Good As It Gets! PASADENA - you have a wonderful dentist in Maria. Dr. Maria Kim was able to help me out with a late night emergency with one of my teeth! I have never met anyone so kind & caring as Maria. She was fast and efficient fixing the problem. And the billing was not outrageous at all. Anyone who gives this lovely lady a negative review is likely a rival dentist trying to compete against the best.

Just a cleaning and new patient visit. The staff is wonderfully nice. I like the serene lobby. Maria knows her stuff and she is gentle during cleaning. My former dentist was her mother and I remember Maria doing dental work in her moms office. So, when Sue retired it was only natural to keep my dental care all in the family, so to speak. Need a dentist? Definitely consider Maria Kim.

Dr. Maria is the best doctor Ive had so far and she is the perfect example how a dentist should treat their patients.Dr. Maria is helping me straighten my teeth with Invisalign. The process of it is going good Ive notice changes the first day with my Invisalign trays! I find Invisalign more comfortable and discrete than traditional braces.

I love this dentists office! The service is personal and the care is incredible! Dr. Kims explanations are always in plain language and there is no pressure for the patient to make costly decisions in a moments notice.
