Hes not my doctor, but hes my fathers doctor, and my grandfathers doctor (and my grandfather has been with Dr. Kuraishi for thirty years new). Too recently my grandfather has become very sick and he will die any time now. Dr. Kuraishi has been so wonderful and so kind to my whole family through this. His sweet demeanor, and the incredible QUALITY of care and the TIME he has given my grandfather especially over the last few months have been nothing short of a miracle in this day and age of the iron fist of medical insurance. That harsh dictate seems to have no role in the level of care he is giving my grandfather. We have been blessed to have a doctor with such a big heart, and who has only been concerned with his quality of life in his last days. And for the other people talking about waiting for him? Suck it up. Personally, the only doctor I dont wait for is my therapist. Every other doctor I I have I DO wait for (and I have a number of doctors, all following the same pattern)... is that not the norm, to expect to wait, sometimes for a long time? If you want a great doctor, you must be willing to wait like most people do - and bring a book to read. Its very difficult to find a great general practitioner - be glad you have one in Dr. Kuraishi. In all sincerity, it is worth the wait if you know that when you are called in, he will spend time with you, and he will hear your story and your concerns, and thats one of the most important parts. A doctor who will give you their time, and with whom you can build a history with and relationship.

The best doctor I have ever had he cares about you isnt one of those doctors that just tries to rush you out of the room he really does care if you want a good caring doctor that knows his stuff hes the best choice
