Doctors here are very professional and caring. As for all the receptionist ladies, they are not professional, very rude and are full of excuses. They need to do they job correctly! They have hung up on me as I was speaking which is unacceptable. I do not want to have to change my doctor just because the receptionist have horrible service. Once again here for a doctors appointment, receptionist are so rude. Love the nurse practitioner Flor, she takes times to hear what I have to say and explains everything. As for receptions as I said before have bad customer service.

I was hospitalized and Dr Bustamante made sure that everything was good after the surgery. He is a very compassionate Doctor who treated you as a person and not just a medical record number to. He made sure that you will go home with your family in good shape, spirit, and good attitude towards fast recovery. The office staff of Dr Bustamante is very pleasant and carries the compassion that they believe on Service to all. Keep up the good job and Thank you York Glen Medical Clinic

Feeling great about heading abroad now that Ive seen Dr. Bustamante! He gave me all of the vaccinations I need to avoid getting sick while I am away. I thought I only needed Yellow Fever, but thanks to his great advice, I now know that I needed Hepatitis A and some other travel vaccines as well. If youre heading abroad, be sure to see to go to Dr. Bustamante!
