Very unprofessional! They overbook appts then send you away when you come for your scheduled appt! Very impatient and not good with children! Quick to prescribe medication without a proper examination! The place is filthy, we came in with twisted ankle and left with the stomach flu! Dont know how the physicians are because we never get to see one, only physician assistants who never know what to do & prescibe the wrong thing & youll have to come back again to see a different physican that will prescibe you something totally different! We just ended up going to Childrens Hospital! Definitely will not take my child there again! I wouldnt recommend anyone go to this clinic for ANYTHING!

Afraid to let them take care of me. I wanted a new dentist so the receptionist pointed me to the dental groups door. A man comes to speak with me, I told him that I am deaf and I have Delta Dental, but hate it. I want to pay in cash for my dental care. Speaking at about 60 miles per minute, he explained what they take and some other nonsense. Was I supposed to understand him? I want compassionate care, not those looking for insurance or cash. I didnt understand one sentence of what he said and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

First time Been here and my last. Had appt 1040 got there early to fill paper work. 2 hours later havent seen the doctor yet. Yes we need our Doctor to be more responsible we got things todo too. Made my appt 3 months prior to my visit. I walk out. Cant wait that long and with appointment.

Dr Montes is a great person and physician! He saw my son for an emergency appointment to treat his ear infection and I would recommend him to everyone!
