First Time you will see Dr uguolu. After that he just does give. Damn about you as a patient. I moved my Dr. Puts in for my MEDICAL RECORDS not ONCE not TWICE but THREE TIMEs. For. JANUARY 2016 Until What APRIL17,2016. You is Back up with the Patient medical Records. Back log. B C what someone is not doing their job. I am a heart patient my doctor is waiting something is not right no one is being honest with you here. Concerning your medical Records and oh by the WY calling going down there do not hold your breath b c the doctor is not even trying to help you but wait until his peoples comes in then its to hell with the patient and be cAreful for they will bill your insurance company for procedures that they Didi not perform. I will tell the doctor Jeremiah A aguolu he is well with lots of experiance I owe him a lot of respect but the girls who work in the office especially christina and the other two medical office worse receptionist I have known in my life. No professionalism does not respect their passing I call to the phone in me nose to the nose or it leaves you more than 20 minutes no answer I already call and make report to my insurance I will take with doctor to change the personnel horrible in office I would say who their place is not in a medical practice

I came in at 4:30 (my appt time) I waited about 3 hours until they called me in the back. I was just getting a physical..They guided me to a small room and I had to wait about 45 min to an hour. after they drew blood and took X-rays, which took about 2 hours, I was led back to the waiting room waiting for my scripts. It was already 9:30 pm and since I hadnt eaten all day, I was impatient and extremely tired and hungry. I walked out after waiting another 30 minutes!

Terrible, terrible doctor. I have too many bad experiences to share. If you truly need something done for your health start by not going here. His son also helps run this dirty practice and hes a jerk. Its so dirty in his office. Theres only 2 nice staff members and its the guys who work in the back.
