I am VERY discusted with this place. My parents dog was basically dieing and they gave my mom an appointment for 5 hours later. We had to take our dog all the way to Canyon Country to get help for her and then had to put her down. My mother was so upset and didnt know what to do. The lady that answers the phone there is VERY unsympathetic and when I called today did not say sorry even one time. Not impressed what so ever! The Adobe Animal hospital in Canyon Country told us to come right away with out questions, they have a heart there and care.

We have had 5 dogs and a cat over the years and many vets to take care of them. Dr. Conner rates as one of the best, totally knowledgeable and experienced! If you are looking for a vet that doesnt run an animal health care mill and treats each of his patients with kindness and a gentle, patient hand, explains whats going on with your pet clearly, follows up reliably, then sign up at Castaic Animal Hospital. Pam at the front desk is efficient and friendly as well. Nice clean office too!

We had a 14 year-old cat that whos arthritis finally became untreatable and very painful. It was a very difficult decision to put our big guy down, but Dr. Conner talked us through it and helped us in going forward with a humane euthanasia. Six months later we adopted a dog from the animal shelter and did not hesitate to use Dr. Conner as our new, but slightly used, pets veterinarian.

Had a great experience today. Dr. Conner and Pam are the best. Worked my dog in last minute. Took care of her and I left very happy. The Dr handled my Rose like she was his. Good people. Will be back.
