I have been going to Anza Animal Clinic for over 20 years. I have had several dogs cared for from very serious conditions to timely check ups. It is my pleasure to applaud Dr. Watase and one member of his staff especially-Nickie. I have always experienced excellent care and honest evaluations of my pets. Dr. Watase is kind,patient and an expert in his field-I havent had that experience with many others veterinarians when my needs were critical and I was a basket case over my dogs health and welfare. Once I met Dr. Watase I knew I didnt have to worry-my pets were in excellent well-trained care. I love him for all he has done for my dogs throughout the years and the efficient friendly care I always get from Nickie (Nicole). You can put your worries aside and trust this great team.Ronaye Calvert

Dr. Watase is the best! Over the last 15 years he has given exceptional care to my cats and my dog. He is a great diagnostician and is proactive in his treatment. Two of my kitties had chronic conditions. The treatment and medications he recommended helped prolong the life of one kitty for many more years. When he was was 15 he finally became so ill that I had to let him go. At that difficult time Dr. Watase and his staff were very kind and caring. The other cat has had chronic health problems from the time he was a kitten and I didnt think that he would do well. With Dr. Watases expert care he is a happy healthy ten year old. I think Dr. Watase and his staff are exceptional and I will continue to bring my cat and dog to Anza because I want only the best care for them.

I have gone to Dr. Watase years ago then moved. I have had several dogs but this particular one Nicky developed cancer and was given 2 to 6 months to live. Nicky lived 2 years and in a matter of about 36 hours declined horribly. Dr. Watase actually came to my house to relieve Nicky because Nicky was a large dog and wouldnt be comfortable being carried around like that. Who ever reviewed the fact they are rude. I did not find that at all. Even if a professional was not people friendly, Im not in need of a friend but someone who is an expert in their field. I will say there was an employee there who was stern to me and I appreciate it to this day. I learned a lot by him. They are great and now I moved back into the area will be going there again.

I have been going to Dr. Watase for 10 years now. He is the most amazing vet. I should know. I am the founder of a non-profit dog rescue and have met my fair share of mediocre vets before being lucky enough to find him. I drive to him from Pasadena! He has cared for over 600 of my rescues alone. Always right on target with his opinion. He is the greatest diagnostician Ive ever met. I could go on and on but he has saved the lives of so many dogs and I owe him so much. My personal dogs all get the best care there as well and when my beloved dog Dino got cancer, he took my calls right away. Even though I didnt want to hear it, he was also right with the time I had left with my dog. Dr. Watase is an angel to animals. Period.

I trust him to care for my beloved “children” – my two Lab/Goldens - without hesitation. He is honest and fair for services that are provided. He appreciates incorporating cutting edge technology, alternative medicine treatments and stays active in the latest veterinarian research to enhance his clients treatment plan. Ive been taking my two dogs to Anza Animal Clinic for several years and have been completely satisfied with the service my dogs and I have received. Dr.Watase really loves animals and you can tell by the way he treats them and by how they respond to him. He performed gall bladder surgery on one of my dogs and treated my other one for a bee sting allergy. Both dogs recovered completely and were given the best of care. I highly recommend this clinic. You should have no worries bringing your animals here.

Dr. Watase and the entire ANZA staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Watase is literally a life-savier and recently pulled our doggie back from a sure death. If there were a million stars available for their rating, I would give it--I really cannot recommend this doctor highly enough. We drive all the way from the east San Fernando Valley because of the outstanding care, the wonderful facility and the great results. Shame on the person with the cats who wrote that negative comment--thats total nonsense.

We have been with Anza Animal Clinic for 20 years ! They are the best ! It is sure comforting to always have them there in an emergency ! I have been always been able to get a hold of them at any time to make important emergency decisions on the care for my dogs and cats ! Then you get a follow up call from Dr. Watase himself to see how my pet is doing ! Great service ! My pets have better health care service than I do ! Thanks Anza Animal Clinic for all you do !

Dr Watose is my only security that my dogs are receiving the very best health care posable. It has been that way for the last 15 years and many pasted loved ones. I have traveled from the Antelope Valley to Thousand Oaks for all these years. And now that I am moving to Eastern Washington. I will continue having Dr Watase as my primary veterinarian. I have the greatest respect and appreation for all Dr Watase has done for me and my dog family.

The Anza Animal Clinic is very caring, concerned and takes the time to talk with me and answer all my questions. I had utilized other vets in the Conejo Valley area prior to The Anza Clinic. This place is high quality business ,gives great service and really cares about your animal. I have been going there for 18 yrs and never had any problems with the Dr. or staff. Very accomodating. To bad they dont work on humans.
