I am very disappointed with this Dental office. I didnt have the opportunity to see the dentist, take an X-ray or anything. I made an appointment, apparently with an answering service that doesnt give the office the appointment information. I arrive 15 minutes prior to the appt time and the office is locked. I called the same number and reached an answering service again and they were no help. Im standing outside and called the number on the window and the lady says that they are closed, and its 5:45pm. Do Not attempt to be seen at this dental office! Its very unprofessional and the customer service is horrible!

Dr. Jesmine provides a great dentist appointment experience. The office was run by an organized staff who were friendly and accommodating. The dentist herself was personable and informative. She uses different tools and approaches compared to other dentists that simply made the experience more comfortable than in other practices. I was looking for a dentist in Cerritos with great pricing and service, I found both at Innovative Smiles.

Took my 5 year old daughter there and they were very kind and patient with her she loves it just from one visit....she has been to other dentist in the past and she said she didnt like it but when we left there she said mommy I like it there so this will be her new permanent dentist.

It was Dr. Jesmine who saved my crown. She was an absolute delight to be with and did not overcharge me on anything. I have worked with other dentists previously who did low-quality work with only half the effort. Dr. Jesmine was different and I am happy to have found her.
