my bady with this doctor since he was borm I remember my baby go fever over 100 they tell me not to worry and dont coming in without appoitment several time already that would make up very upset. every time try to take my bady see her they would not allow te see with out appoitment. they have too many cleint wait such a long time. my wife was crying in her car they would not see my bady and call the insurance referal to another doctor went we get there the FUUUKII doctor say we would not see you baby because your primary doctor is open tody we would check up your baby if their office close. wath a fuuuup that experience i have.

Worst place ever. From the pediatritian to receptionist, theyre so inpatient, everytime I go in there, prepare for average 2 hour waiting even with appointment. Dont take so many patients if you cant handle it!!!! My son got sick and I paged doctor, shes so impatient, tell me to go to emergency if Im worried, dont page her!!!! WTF???

My babe was born in Medical center San Gabriel and automatically Dr.Kong becomes her physician, although we drive one hour to get to her office, we still need 2 hrs more to be called and another one hour to see the doctor. Some of her nurses are not friendly either. Sorry we need to move.
