Dr Helen Koo is an amazing Doctor to my children. She remembers them and their medical history without looking at the chart. If my kids are sick at night and i call her number with a question she always calls back in 20 minutes with a advice or if i have to take him to the ER. I am very blessed to have a doctor for my kids that actually cares about them and remembers them every time. Also the nurses are always so nice and helpful. I honestly am so thankful for her.

Asked her to complete and sign a resonable accommodations form, requested by my apartment manager, regarding my son who has asthma since he was 2 yrs old, now 13, n whom she has seen since birth and simply denied and des regarded my request. Totally unprofessional. Fortunately I did find a better doctor who now sees my son, Dr. John Lin, MD. Not only he completed and signed my form but has my sons asthma under total control.

I love Dr. Koo! But the staff isnt as caring and helpful like dr. Koo. I miss her old staff they always help. The girl at the front desk is not helpful and sometimes gives unprofessional answers back. Appointments are always behind.
