My experience was great! Right from the first call to schedule an appointment. They are friendly and accommodating. I had to have to have something done right away and they fit me in for the urgent care I needed. He is a gentle dentist and has good communication skills. I felt like he understood me when I was describing the problem. Then he got busy- fixed my problem and got me out ready to go again. For the follow up appointments the office was able to work with my busy schedule and I am totally pleased. Overall it has been a good experience and I will be going back for my dental care. Thank you Dr. Suhr and staff!! Anyone in Chico that it looking for a dentist would be lucky to be included as a patient. The office is so modern and advanced that it really is a pleasure to visit. I was impressed by all the instant x-ray machines and flat screen displays. Dr. Suhr was very gentle and did a great job. Highly highly recommend making him your new dentist, you wont be disappointed.

I have had very bad experiences with past local dentists. When I walk through the doors I am greeted by the doctor himself and the wonderful reception people. I am highly sensitive to anything that involves my teeth so the staff make me very comfortable so it encourages me to come back and be seen. Ive never had a doctor who cares so much about my family and asks every time I see him.

I just hate going to the dentist but Dr Surh changed all of that for me. The staff working here are welcoming and help you understand what you have to pay on your bill... I really lucked out have to say one the best dentist I have seen so far, very little pain, and very understanding staff.

Im terrified of the dentist but dr surh and staff have been so helpful in slowly getting me adjusted. Im not over my fear completely by a long shot but having a dialogue between myself and the dr has been instrumental in my overcoming my fears and anxiety.
