Would not recommend this OBGYN! I had a 10 oclock appointment and was not seen till 11:30. His excuse for this was that he allows walk ins, well then whats the point in making an appointment then?!?! When I finally saw the Doctor he rushed in and tried to rush me out. When I began to ask him questions trying to understand my results he proceed to yell and get loud with me. At the end of my 5min consultation he told I needed to make another appointment, I told him at this point I wasnt going to make another appointment with him because I didnt like how he treated me, he said "yeah I think thats good!" Why would i make an appointment with a doctor that yells at me and makes me feel uncomfortable?!?

I absolutely love Dr. Phung!!! Not only was he patient and very helpful during my pregnancy, but my delivery went very smoothly thanks to him. Although the wait time was long sometimes and his office rather small, my husband and I were very impressed with his responses to our questions and we loved how he never rushed through an appointment. Dr. Phung took the time to review my birth plan prior to delivery and followed it to a T. He wasnt C-section happy and monitored my labor closely and because of that I was able to deliver a healthy 9 lb. baby boy naturally! I absolutely recommend Dr. Phung and if I ever get pregnant again, I will definitely go back to him.

Had 2 miscarriage under his supervision! When I told him if I can get studies or see whats going on with me after having a total of 3 miscarriage he told me theres nothing he can do. Before losing my baby I had told him about my pass pregnancy and he told me theres nothing you can do. Its going to happen no matter what you do, no resting is going to help! Consultation will take No longer than 5 min while he rushed out the room!!

I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS DOCTOR!!! This doctor is always in a rush. He doesnt take time to answer questions and is in and out of the room in a minute. The wait time is extreamly long even with an appointment there was even people waiting outside the office and like 20 people inside chino office "fake reviews intended to boost ratings. "

very patient and gentle, trust him 100% the best there is around i seen so far ,ive been going to him since i was 2 months pregnant and havent had a complaint yet! if your looking for a doctor that you can trust and that is very helpful dr.phung is the one!

I went to Dr Phung for my second pregnancy because my first doctor was a monster and after meeting Dr Phung I know that doctors actually care about their patients and not just see them as a paycheck. I love Dr Phung and will recommend him to everyone I know
