I have been going to Dr Anderson since I was 13, I am now 27. My mom has been having issues with her vision so I took it upon myself to schedule with Vision Max for her. Dr Anderson gave us the WORST experience ever. He insulted my mom many times as if she were an idiot. He insulted my kids by asking what was wrong with them for talking and whining. He specifically told my 4 year old daughter he was "grouchy" today. He kept wanting me to emphasize to my mom that what he was asking was "simple" which was extremely offensive after 5 freaking times. Myself, my dad, my sister and her two kids will stop coming to this place because of this unprofessional doctor. I know his wife is much more professional than him but I am so disappointed.

My family and I were killing time while waiting for an appointment in Chino Hills last weekend. While waiting I remembered that my 6 y/o had broken his glasses the day before and I had to get them repaired because the new ones that I ordered online were not coming for two more weeks. So I made some calls and Vision Max said to bring them in and they would take a look at them. Not only did they take a look but Noreen fixed them for free. And it was not an easy fix because she has to search for an Arm that would fit a 6 y/o glasses. Noreen, you are awesome and thank you for taking the time to help my son see. You deserve a raise!!

A friend recommended me Vision Max since I needed to get my contacts exam asap. I arrived at my appointment and everyone there is super nice and helpful! I never felt pressured to buy a certain brand of contacts or anything like that. I can tell theyve been doing this for a long time and care about their patients. Definitely recommend!!!
