Excellent doctor. Ive going to him since my high school days - for at least 10 years...maybe more. He used to work across the street at Sears but started his own practice. Anyway, Dr. Lu is very friendly and personable. He always makes time for my last minute visits. One time, I woke up with a bad infection, I could barely open my eyes. I managed to find his email online and emailed asking if he could possibly see me before I went to work that morning. Indeed he agreed to see me several hours before opening. No, he is not a "personal friend" but rather a genuine guy. More recently, he quickly refunded me for some services my insurance covered. Excellent doctor, excellent place.
