I have been going to see Dr. Auer for about 2.5 years and it has been exponentially better than any other functional medicine doctor or alternative practitioner that I have seen before. I appreciate that Dr. Auer utilizes blood work and lab testing to identify health challenges and also uses them to track progression throughout the course of treatment. He is very transparent about what he is doing and why, while also being flexible about your input and desired treatment approach. The initial consultation is very thorough and after some preliminary testing it was clear that the original reason that I had come in for was a symptom of a much larger systemic problem. I am so grateful that Dr. Auer was able to figure out the source of the problem instead of chasing every symptom that was popping up. It has been exciting (and relieving) to see improvements on both subjective (observed mood and symptoms) and objective (lab test results) measures. While some conditions require a longer period of time to heal, there were some symptoms that literally subsided within the first 3 days of following his protocol. I would highly recommend Dr. Auer and if I can give one piece of advice from my experience so far it would be to follow his recommendations as closely as possible because the benefits are well worth the effort.

I was lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Auer a few years ago when he was taking new patients. I originally came to see him because of his dual holistic specialties— Applied Kinesiology (AK) & Functional Medicine (labs & nutrition). My experience so far is that he is pretty much at the tip-top of the chiropractic doctor heap. I’ve seen probably a dozen different chiropractors in different cities throughout my life. I can say from experience he is thorough, precise and effective at both chiropractic adjusting as well as addressing some nagging disorders. Yes, I’ve gone down the road of traditional medicine and the best of the best specialists are either still scratching their heads or asking me to take harsh drugs that only seem to mess things up further. So far, I’ve seen a reduction in bodily aches and pains through chiropractic. Nutrition-wise, I have tried to follow the “Dr. Auer diet” and have experienced significant weight loss which was neither planned or expected. So now I’m trying to keep up with it by buying smaller sizes of clothes, lol. Thanks for everything Doc!

Dr Auer is an extremely knowledgeable and talented functional medicine practitioner. He is passionate about helping his patients and stays up to date on the latest research and techniques. I appreciate the usage of blood and stool testing to establish a baseline from which you can track your health improvements. Prior to working with Dr Auer I had not understood my body’s reactions to dairy and excess sugar. My overall health has greatly benefited from his in-depth knowledge of biochemical processes and experience with supplements. I had been disappointed over the years that traditional practitioners did not place heavier emphasis on the food that we eat. In my opinion functional medicine plays a huge role in successful treatment of autoimmune conditions and improving general health. I would highly recommend Dr Auer.

Hi peeps! I wanted to post a review for Dan because people really dont know the difference between a doctor focusing on getting patients and a doctor focusing on getting patients well. When you shake doctor Dans hand you can feel his energy and compassion immediately through that first contact all the way to being pain and symptom free. I love that he gets you a comprehensive plan that incorporates blood chemistry so you can see what is going on at the cellular level! I also really like the muscle testing because it shows me Im not just getting "popped" and sent out the door. If you are looking for a real doctor who can break our complex bodies down to the basics and put together an understandable and exciting treatment plan, Dr. Dan is your man!

I have been seeing Dr. Auer for 5 years for various health issues that were not going to be resolved with Western medicine. I had done alot of research on supplements and was on the right track but with no results. Dr. A did a comprehensive history review with me and recommended supplements and temporary diet changes that helped me lose weight, increase energy and more importantly take control of my health. He does the best adjustments for my TMJ which no one has ever done or recommended. I have taken a few functional tests as my health concerns come up and have learned alot about my body chemistry. Dr. A is very compassionate and cares about me achieving optimal health.

I came to Dr. Auer because of waking up every morning with pain in my hips. Im an active 42-year old. I knew something was wrong. Following his treatments and dietary recommendations, I am feeling much better, and the hip pain is nearly gone. Before I went to Dr. Auer, I wondered if I had arthritis. Since working with him, I see that my eating habits were the primary cause of my painful symptoms. Dr. Auer is very professional, and he treats people fairly. And for sure, he knows what hes doing. Not only does he have traditional chiropractic training and experience, but he was also a personal trainer in his past life, and is also great with nutritional testing and advice. Overall, Dr. Auer is a good guy and wants the best for his patients and I would recommend him to anyone interested in getting great care.

Without a doubt he is an amazing chiropractor Kinesiologist. Providing Holistic medicine and the best whole health healing treatments. Ive been seeing Dr. Auer since 2013 and he never seizes to amazing me with is holistic knowledge and his Kinesiology treatments. He needs a Ten Star review. I drive over an hour half just to see and get my Hensel medicines which by the way work miracles.
