My wife saw one of the doctors here in April. We asked the office manager to let us know if the insurance rate was covered and if not, we would pay cash. The manager said it wasnt a problem. We received a bill for massively more than the cash rate. When we called in to get it fixed, we were told it wouldnt be a problem to retract the insurance billing and send us a cash rate bill. This never happened. Instead we received warning that we would be sent to collections! We called to find out what happened and were told that the doctor we saw and front desk employee we talked with are no longer at the clinic. We now find out that doctor Sudore isnt willing to change the billing and will send us to collections if not paid in full today. Her employees made a series of mistakes. Because those employees no longer work there, she feels those mistakes are not her companys responsibility. She did offer a free adjustment to make up for three months of bad customer service, a collections threat, and incompetent employees. Even more audacious was the request by the office manager that we NOT post bad reviews online and not talk to the BBB. Sure thing. Ill get right on that.

Dr. Sudore at Monroe Chiropractic is fantastic! Shes been instrumental in my recovery from spinal problems and a flare up that caused my shoulder to atrophy, and was able to offer me relief and progress in a few short months that a year+ of going to my doctors at group health and taking their drugs and undergoing minor surgeries could not. I typically go to her practice in Kirkland (Positive Chiropractic and Wellness), but have made the journey out here on occasion if I was in real need and the doctor was at the Monroe office. The office is nice, airy and bright. Just be aware that parking at this location is REALLY tight, so you might have to find street parking on the next block, which makes me take away a star.

Tera Hickman the therapist there gave me a great massage and made me feel better and I would recommend her to everyone and will be coming back!!!! I also saw Dr. Kelly Sudore for chiropractic care as well. Dr. Sudore has been able to adjust my neck quite nicely, whereas other chiropractors have not. Dr. Sudore takes her time and makes sure that my adjustments are done completely and correctly. I feel much better, and will recommend Monroe Chiropractic and Alternative Medicine to anyone who desires a good experience!

My experience with Dr Sudore has been amazing. She is knowledgeable, kind, and has a drive to make you feel better. I went in after a back injury and she immediately made time to see me and reassured me she could help. After every adjustment, I walked out feeling physically better and emotionally more confident. I trust her and her staff and know they have the best intentions to getting you better.

Kelly is so knowledgable and passionate about her work. She has a way of really connecting with her patients and gets to know them on a personal level. Within 1 week I noticed my neck pain and stiffness subside, and she completely healed my hamstring issues that were impeding my yoga practice! I feel healthy and strong again. Chiropractic is where its at!!

Kelly Sudore is terrible. She is money hungry and does not care about your wellness. I felt like a dollar sign to her. She caused more pain than help. Would not recommend anyone to her. The massage therapist I used to see at that clinic was also awful, she would text in the middle of my massages with her.

Ive been going to Dr Nathan Strohm for over a month and my lower back pains have subsided immensely. He is not about just adjusting, but your total healing and well being. I recommend him to anyone who does not want to live with pain.
