Dr and Staff are really very professional in customer service. My experience was not great. What was bizarre was that my x-ray was taken on first visit. Doctor reviewed the x-ray on day one and did not say anything about x-ray. On my third visit, Dr explained the finding on the X-Ray. I guess that it was easy for them to bill my insurance. Later I found that copay was crazy $60 dollars. I stopped after three visits. They did not want me to stop and offered no copay option for rest of treatment as my insurance covered 60 visits per year unusually, compared to 20 visits coverage. I did not agree for it. Also I asked would you perform another x-ray in 6 months or 1 year after the spine adjustment to see the improvement. Doctor suggested that i would not recommend it due to too much x-ray on your body. Your body works for you and I am not doing anything here. Treatment is very much questionable....

The whole experience here is excellent.The receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. The Chiropractors, Dr Duggan and Dr Steve are both competent and professional and Steve the massage therapist is wonderful. I came with an extremely sore neck and between them all they have supported me and improved my neck considerably. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and shall continue using them for any chiropractic needs as long as I live in the area.

From the time my child was 2 1/2 years old he suffered with chronic leg pain. I took him to many specialists, with no results. Finally I found Klahanie Chiropractic on the Issaquah Plateau. My child is now healthy and happy and continues to get maintenance adjustments by Chiropractors Dr.Ken, Dr.Ben and Dr,Steve. I have been coming to the clinic for at least 3 years and it has become a monthly visit and more often when needed. Dr. Ben and Dr.Duggan are very professional and very knowlegible and I feel great when I leave and very satisfied. I love Steve for his wonderful massages and he is so kind and fixes the problems with my aging muscles.

Best massage ever! Not for the faint-hearted -- Daniel means business when he works on your muscles. Im training for my first Ironman and Daniel knows how to target and fix up any sore spot Ive got. He always asks what I need worked on, and can focus in on a certain need but still give a great overall massage. Highly recommended!

Your appointment will always be on time and the doctors here are the best. They helped me with my neck problem while being gentle and thorough. I give them five stars.

Dr. Duggan is extremely personable and a great listener. He addressed my concerns with great care. I felt much relief from his adjustments. He was always able to get me out of a headache. Appreciated the staff and their ability to get me same day appointments. Location is also convenient!
