Absolutely horrible. First the receptionist was not friendly at all! I felt like the chiropractor was a complete scam artists. I had gone to a different chiropractic for over 10 years and when I moved to Issaquah I had to find another one. In the 10 years of chiropractic care I have had nothing but great respectful service.. Until I came to Banic chiropractic. The chiropractor was trying to convenience me I need to go through 12 weeks of 3-4 times a week to go through neck rehab... Excuse me? In the process of explaining that long treatment plan that was unrealistic, I had ask for other alternatives. His respond was beyond disrespectful treating me as if I needed to know all my options on this new "neck rehab diagnosis". He asked me what I wanted to do... My respond is Im unsure. (Isnt that what chiropractic are for? To tell you multiple options). He would then ask me "how do you not know what you want". This is not a joke. He treated as if I was 10 years old. He had to explain how people dont know they have issues until after they already have a heart attack.. Still beyond confused now a heart attack is related to my neck. Regardless, I would not recommend. Very unprofessional.

While I completely understand why so many people have reviewed this organization well, I strongly advise against seeing this practitioner. The office is well maintained, the staff are professional, and patients are escorted through the arcane process of evaluation and treatment like a well oiled assembly line. Look beneath the surface, and it is just that: a billing assembly line. Everyone in that office wears a thin veil of concern that is quickly penetrated as being feigned. Their care is expensive, prefabricated, and ill advised for anyone seeking compelling and complete care. Your custom treatment plan is quickly rehashed and will certainly include a significant, immediate investment into their revenue stream. The treatment itself is bare-minimum (which Im sure they consider a feature) and is provided in the smallest increments possible such as to maximize your insurance co-pays. Its an vulgar, abhorrent flirtation with insurance fraud at best.

After being a car accident my back was in a lot of pain especially in the lower area, Dr. Banic immediately did an evaluation and walked me through the process of rehabilitation to get my back squared away. When I walk into the office I am always greeted by name and I automatically feel very comfortable and very welcomed. The location has been ideal for me and the office is very modern with amazing views of Issaquah. What I love about his office is that it incorporates not only adjustments and massages but it has a series of traction exercises. Before coming to Dr. Banics office I had no idea what traction exercises was, now I am a HUGE fan. I have been doing the traction exercises for a few weeks and I can feel a huge improvement in the pain and mobility in my back. I would highly recommend Dr. Banics office to anyone of any age that is seeking Chiropractic Care, or a really good Massage!

I love Banic Chiropractic! I first came due to a living social voucher for a massage, thinking it was going to be a one time thing. The living social voucher included a exam and x-rays and Im truly glad I took them. It turns out that my neck is curving the wrong way :( which was contributing to my upper back and neck discomfort. Ive been coming back for adjustments and traction ever since! They are very personable and they take the time to get to know their patients. The second time I was there they knew me by name! They are also very informative so you understand what they are doing to your spine/neck and why. Banic Chiropractic has a warm group of people on staff and each of them strive to make the experience a pleasant one. The facility is also very clean, which is a must for me :)

Dr. Banic was a referral from another fantastic Chiropractor, Dr. Collins. The visits are flexible, often able to get me in on little or no notice at all. Ive rarely waited longer than a few minutes for an adjustment, and the pricing is in line with any other service Ive ever used. I only receive adjustments, but it appears they are fully loaded with great equipment for a variety of rehabilitation services(massage, traction, etc.). I have dealt with low back injuries for years and an adjustment 1-2 times a week keeps me active and able to pick up my kids after a tough workout! UPDATE - my review was two years old so I thought id update it. Still 5 stars, doing traction now. Really great staff. Super consistent and helpful.

Banic Chiropractic and Massage is so much more than a doctor’s office. After the first visit, everyone knew my name and showed their focus on my wellness and health. I came to Banic for weight loss but also worked with Dr. Banic for other issues. He provided a very detailed review of my condition and offered a specific wellness plan. I chose the Ideal Protein program offered by Banic to reach my specific weight goal. I had a lot of questions. Heather answered all of my questions and helped me lose over 30lbs in less than two months. I tell everyone about my complete delight with the services provided. I have always had some sort of back issue for the last 9 years and I had tried every avenue. After a very detailed evaluation at Banic chiropractic clinic, I was put on a great plan to correct the structural problems that had been the root of all my back issues over the last few years. Rather than only trying to address the pain or symptons in my back they focused eliminating the root cause to prevent further back troubles and a healthier body. They also provided a free seminar on back care and correct posture which was really insightful and interesting. I would encourage you to visit this clinic if you are serious about getting control of your back issues once and for all.

I have been having to chiropractic care for over 6 years after an auto accident. After two years of treatment in San Diego with very little progress I moved to Washington and found Banic Chiropractic! The difference in my healing was incredible! Within 9 months I had made more improvement in my neck than in the previous two years of treatment with my other doctor! Great staff! Clean, caring and not pushy! They combined massage therapy with my treatment and it helped so much when was going through the harder parts of treatment! Gotta go here if you have any kind of skeletal pain! I dont have to take Advil every day anymore!

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff! I LOVE that they help your body heal itself, instead of just masking or exasperating pain. Ive only gone for three weeks to Dr. Banic and I am now free of pain most of the time. I was in a serious accident when I was sixteen and pain has been my constant companion for over 35 years. Over the years I have gone to traditional Chiropractors on and off but the traction is what has made all the difference for me. Im SO glad I found them!
