I have been going to Dr. Tako for a couple of years now. Before going to him, I had been to a chiropractor, but not to someone who practiced P-DTR as well. Dr. Tako has done an amazing job with me 1. I suffered from chronic shoulder pain. He was been able to eliminate it for me. 2. I started training for and running marathons about 2 years ago. As I encounter issues related to running, Dr. Tako has been able to address them and keep me on the road, for which I am extremely grateful. The rest of my family also visits Dr. Tako: - 1. My wife is training for her 3rd Dan black belt and he keeps her on the mat. 2. The P-DTR technology, essentially enabled a miraculous change in my teenage son. All his life he was very stiff. All of his 17 years, he was barely able to reach below his knees never mind touch his toes. After one P-DTR session about 3 years ago, he was able to reach his toes and still can to this day. I would unreservedly recommend Dr. Tako. Bear in mind, I am a lay-person and can only speak to our experience as a family - your issues may be complicated and it may take time to identify and fix them. You may have an amazing experience in one visit or it may take time. For us, he is an invaluable resource that keeps up and running in good health and that is priceless.

Having struggled with chronic pain for many years, I feel that I owe sharing this information with the world... Dr. Tako is the life-changer. He is not only very knowledgable on the multitude of complicated and sometimes referred to as "chronic conditions" in Western Medicine, but also genuinely cares about each one of his patients. The P-DTR technique that he uses in his office is unique and works miracles. With that said, one has to bear in mind that with certain conditions there are no quick fixes, and most often need to address nutritional deficiencies and the proper diet. Dr. Tako, is a phenomenal healer! I was involved in a minor motorcycle accident and my lower back was killing me. slowly but surely with adjustments and nutritional advice i slowly began to see lasting results. I will be released from care shortly and i am sure that i will be back for minor readjustment for my entire spinal health! The doctor was used to seeing quicker recoveries than mine but he did not try to rush it! he probably could have milked my insurance for a longer period but he started seeing positive recovery and sustained improvement and let me slowly ween myself off of care by reducing three times a week to two times a week then one time a week and now one time every two weeks. I can run and work out at my leisure now without that thought in the back of my head of nuisance pain! Dr. Tako is knowledgeable, kind and easy going. I had a stuffed up ear that I had seen my doctor about. The doctor said no wax build up and no sign of infection, but did nothing to clear it. I was worried about an upcoming flight. Dr. Tako cleared it in one session. So relieved and it did not return during or after my flight. He is also very knowlegeable about nutrition and how to support ones body with supplements. I recommend him as a healer.

Not helpful at all. Dr tried to convince us that by him pulling down on my arm while I am touching my pregnant fiancé and him poking her back with a toothpick he could tell where the problem was. Never ended up doing an adjustment and then proceeded to reason the technicalities of what constitutes an adjustment. Wasted $150 for 30min of nonsense. I want to rate 0/5 but google wont allow that

Been a patient of Dr Tako for a few years now. He is gifted, he is smart, he knows what hes doing. Ive had some health issues the last year or so and the medical community cannot do a thing for me. Office staff is friendly and efficient, but Dr. Tako is brilliant in his diagnoses and treatments. He has found things that many other doctors have missed. He also has a myriad of different modalities available to him to try if one approach is not effective. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tako is an amazing chiropractor who knows what is he doing, anytime that I have lower back pain he will fix the problem in 1 session. He is not pushing customers like other chiropractors. I highly recommend him.
