This review is overdo but I wanted to give adequate time to post an honest review. My husband and I hadnt been to the dentist in about 10 yrs... I know, bad. We found Dr. Wood through the Cerritos neighborhood fb page and Yelp. We were both nervous on our first visits but Dr. Wood and his WHOLE staff were so warm, gentle, and hospitable. Our cleanings were a piece of cake with Melissa. It was the most gentle and thorough cleaning both of us had ever received. I no longer dread visiting the dentist at all. I am in the middle of getting a dental implant as well as Invisalign. Each has gone smoothly because they take their time to make sure each procedure is done well and successfully. What I love about Dr. Wood is that I have asked him several times "would you do this procedure if I was your daughter?", and he will give me his honest opinion, even if it doesnt put more money in their pocket. We are SO glad we found Cypress Family Dental. Dr. Wood, his staff, and the chocolate chip cookies at each visit are a joy!

Im so happy to have found this awesome dentist with an awesome staff. I am completely confident in the doctors skill level, and completely comfortable relying on him to work on me without allowing me to experience unnecessary pain. When he says, "This wont hurt you, " I believe him. I have referred several friends who are equally satisfied. In addition to having a good relationship with the dentist, being able to relate with the office staff is equally important to me. From the hygienist to the dental assistants to the front desk, theyre all top notch.
